Hello everyone, this is Arijit and thank you, everyone, to give me this chance to talk about "Impact of Technology on jobs".

I would say the technology can make the work easier for any organization. Now in various industries due to technological implementation and automation, a lot of work can be done easily but this kind of implementation can directly have an effect on jobs. Due to these technologies, a few jobs have been created for some skilled labours but a lot of people are also getting sacked from their jobs. As technology is changing drastically, people also have kept them updated to themselves to retain their jobs.

Hello, everyone and a hearty welcome to all of you.

I'm very delighted and equally excited to share my thoughts on this topic.

First of all, Technology is the greatest of boon and worst of a bane for present-day, humans! Now, I don't know how many of you can relate. Proficiency, time-saving, up-gradation, easy accessibility, a whole ocean of knowledge and many more such qualifiers can be used for 'Technology' precisely. On the other hand, laziness, comparative absence, lack of face to face human interaction, time overspent, multi-dimensional hacks and also threats; are the face of the same.

Coming to the topic "Impact of Technology on Jobs", has both positive and negative impact, is what I also personally believe.

POSITIVE IMPACTS:

1. India being an agrarian country, Technology has helped create, large scale jobs in rural areas.

2. A number of employees, more services rendered, more economy, ultimately more revenue generated through taxes by the government. That simply leads to assured economic growth.

3. Demand for technically skilled youth is increasing at a rapid pace, which means more employability for Educated Youth like many of us.

4. People are trained for such a newly created job again that is an added advantage.

5. Last but not least, we experience an improved lifestyle, and consumerism has substantially increased in a span of 10 years or so, astoundingly resulting in more employment opportunities.

Being an Indian, I'm on a very fresh page of scribbled handwriting in terms of so many bands imposed within 5 years time, but trust me India is succeeding and growing at a very rapid pace. Changes should be accepted and embraced, only then we can become the same "sone ki chiriya" as we were in a remarkable history.

NEGATIVE IMPACTS:

1. With technology coming in, aggravation of so many job losses and jobs becoming redundant is experienced. Machines and automation are replacing low-skilled workers, as many companies are welcoming newly automated machines and with effect poor, low skilled, manual working groups are being hit to the bottom again.

2. Not only this but also semi-skilled and even high-skilled jobs are at risk, click-click 'Artificial Intelligence' like the name suggests, it will challenge human intelligence, however the outcome will be worth watching.

3. Last but not least, continuously updating your knowledge to sustain in the market is the need of the hour. A short missed can be bowled for bowler but, the decision lies in the hands of the third umpire. (don't mind the comment).

I've tried my best to give a closer insight on the topic through my knowledge and experience. I want you people to suggest and leave your feedback for my writing, I would be more than happy to accept your responses.

Regards for the day, and success for your life. "Do your best and leave the rest. ".

Good evening everyone.

The topic impact of technology on jobs is very hot and interesting because nowadays we all are using technology to do anything like payment, hotel booking, cab booking, etc. This is good because it saves our time and also this thing not replace human for doing the task. But when we talk about the industry thaen many companies replace low skilled or labour people with automated robots which is bad impact of technology. In my thought, there must be some rule for installation of automated robots. Only those place or industry where the life of working people is in danger or not possible by a human for example in a coal mine life of labour is always in danger so there must be an automated machine for working. Many people die when he goes inside the gadeer so we can replace this work by automated machines. If we work likes this then we also increase job for high skilled people for developing such automated machines.

Hi, guys.

This is Aditi and I would like to share my thaughts on this topic that is very trending and interesting too.

The term technology nowadays is most trending with the growing world. If we talk on internet across the world becomes a basic needs for updating and for growth of knowledge with the upcoming technologies.

Artificial intelligence, machine learning, deep learning becomes basic requirement in industries. The world is in the moon and getting information outside the world with the help of this technology.

To use technology and grow is not the problem but using it in a proper place is my consideration where the work cannot be done manually then this becomes a priority but many skilled, as well as unskilled job, are at risk, for them "the work is worship" so, to have a proper implementation can balance both the Situations.

Have a nice day one & all.

Technology has made number of jobs redundant. Like atm replaces some banks. The new era of technologies like artificial intelligence, machine learning etc are resulting in job losses but at the same time it is helping in growth of economy.

Technology result in improving lifestyle, increases consumerism and increase employment opportunities. Like building houses with 3D printers is a great invention in technology but it will result in job losses. At the same time, it will create more affordable homes so people want to buy it. Technology will increase productivity and reduce burden of workers. Due to technology, demand for technical youth is increasing nowadays and hence more jobs are available for educational youths. Also technologies are increasing in IT sector. Machines and automation are replacing by low skilled workers and if company do not replace low skilled workers, it will susceptible to losses due to heavy competition with the other companies. Technical advancement is forcing people to get updated with knowledge to sustain in job market.

Technology has grown right from human-invented fire to large spacecraft, technology may be added advantage for them who convince it in the right direction. It has reduced efforts put in by humans and made life easy but on the other hand technology has made human lazy. Research says that peoples dependent on technology have gained weight and obesity, the employment rate has gone down as companies started adopting machine technology as it can do things efficiently without any fatigue.

Good morning, everyone.

I'm Mehak and our group discussion topic is "IMPACT OF TECHNOLOGY ON JOBS". Every coin has two side, similarly technology is boon and bane for jobs. So, let me share my views.

Technology is raising day by day, no doubt it helps to enhance our economy because in this era almost everything depends on IT field. Every firm depends on artificial technology, machine learning and internet of things and they need programmers, machine learners, developers and educated persons as per their requirement. So Tech jobs are only available for educated folks. On the other side, there are no jobs for those persons who are not familiar with technology.

Moreover, students can get online part time jobs with their continuation of studies. So it helps to earn money and to save time. It enhances productivity. But if machine breakdown then it effects on efficiency and productivity both people totally depend on technology and machines. It makes us lazy.

Conclusion: every coin has two sides. Similarly one side technology helps to reduce workload, to enhance productivity, to save time and money, on the other side it reduces jobs and limited to only educated persons.

Hello everyone.

In the current day, this is the most trending topic to discuss. Being a student of the core engineering department and from NIT Patna, I have observed from the data of my seniors that except CSE branch other branches less than 20 percent of placement even those who are getting placed is because of their coding knowledge.

It simply indicates the impact of technology current scenario technology have great impact banking works is getting digital but can imagine how many banking workers are losing their jobs there are so many examples which are creating unemployment.

One of the big disadvantages that are going to take even the jobs of IT student is AI technology. According to me, tech giant have to also work on developing the infrastructure of the country beside only take profits from peoples my only doing marketing.

Thanks you.
