By means of "Technology" is the way to do any work without any hard effort. By changing our approach from time to time to fulfil the necessity of the present situation. For example, the mobile apps are using everywhere in the world in present time which is a very revolutionary technology in IT sector as we could not think before 5 years that it will help or improve our needs so efficiently and smartly. Technology is not a threat to jobs it's just a tool by which it can more useful.

I saw it many places after adopting new technology, more jobs are created.

We can see like Ola, Uber or many other apps which are given by new GPS technology and by this our youth are employing to do a great job.

So, according to my point, Technology always help in a job not a threat.

As we all know that technology is growing so fast, a phone which was 20 years back thought only of a dream is now the most vital thing in our life. Who knows, 20 years from now we could be able to travel to some location without actually being there. Technology affects are lives in so many diverse ways, we aren't even able to tell how is it affecting us in negative ways. Nowadays there are so many apps for e-commerce lots of businesses are flourishing, But at the same small businesses, shops sales are decreasing, cause who wants to go on a hot and humid day to buy garments, when it can be done while siting on a sofa. So, although e-commerce is allowing to grow India economically, it is directly or indirectly being the reason for the rapid growth of unemployment.

There are both merits and demerits of this topic.

Meris :

In today's generation technology is used in every field of our life. And it plays an important role in our life. By the use of technologies, there are many apps are launched like Paytm. Phonepay. Google. Facebook. Linkedin etc. That helps us very much. Everything is going easy with the help of these apps.

Demerits :

The demerits of technology is in the field of unemployment because with the increase in technology there is a shortage of works which increases unemployment and there is hard work for trying to making robots by which unemployment is increasing.

Finally, the impacts of technology on jobs have merits and demerits both.

Technology has created new jobs in every field and will always create jobs in future for example employment in the IT sector, automobile sector, civil sector, and more. All these sectors have employment only due to Technology evolution with time.

Now talking of artificial intelligence, this can create unemployment, but what about its future, and its merits?
AI is going to be the future, and it will definitely create employment on a very large scale.

AI, like engineering, has a lot of technical jobs right now, and it will continue to do so in the future.

Think how the internet has created jobs, the internet is also a technology, and it has changed our life, Mass media technology is related to the internet providing employment.

Jobs are the fundamental asset of one's carrier path. By gaining a job we can Survive in economical aspects. Jobs provide us money in form of salary and we use it in our day-to-day life.

Nowadays, Technology is developed in near about all the fields of industry. Hence manpower is decreasing with technology development. All the machinery are automated and no worker required to run it due to its self-running ability. This means the number of workers required is less.

Recently, the flow chemistry is trending. In Which once materials and ingredients are incorporated then a direct packed product will come out from that. So, technology is affecting the employment of the nation.

Impact of technology depends on kind of technology is being adopted by the organization. I believe good technology will be consider if its generate more revenue as well as generate more employment. If you totally depend on technologies initially it will lead to cost effective but if any changes is required as per the market conditions then change in technology may be a costly affairs. On other hand if you make a balance between technology and human interventions one will easily and swiftly adopt the changes in market as per the customer demands. But it is also true Robotics and AI will make drastic changes in technology which will make major impact in upcoming job more and more people have Robotics and AI skilled will be required.

Technology increases productivity and hence reduces the burden on workers and eliminates the burden of doing repetitive tasks. For this, workers need to learn some skills to stay employed. It's just that the workers should be given training for the newly created jobs.

The proliferation of technology results in the improved lifestyles, and hence consumerism increases and thereby result in more employment opportunities. For example, the industrial revolution created more jobs than it eliminated.

Due to technology, demand for technically skilled youth is increasing and hence more jobs available for educated youth.

Technology helps in the growth of the economy. Economic growth can be utilised to create more employment opportunities with better pay.

In my opinion, technology gets a lot of impact on jobs. During the pandemic, a lot of people is miss using Technologies in the wrong way. But these technologies make the work easier in the employee's life. Using technology is not bad but miss using the Technologies is a very bad thing. These technologies are making human work easy and it saves time of the people.

I want to share an example in the pandemic period, during college placement some of my friends are giving their interviews and exams in a proxy way. It is not fair for the students who prepared well for exams and interviews there lost the chance at jobs. So please use the Technologies in a useful manner in any field these technologies are developing in our day-to-day life.

Today's technology plays very important role in our life. We are surrounded by various technologies, helping us to make our work easy. Today we are very dependent on technologies. It saves our time and keeping us aware of our environment.

We are creating technologies which are desired, by improving and developing best technologies we can live our life very happily.

It has also some negative impacts which are it makes us somehow lazy and dependable. Because of today's advance technologies in various industries they uses technologies In place of employees. It is very efficient and time saving for that industry, but there should must present experienced employees who can control these technologies in best way if there is any problem.

As we know about technology, It makes a very easy life and to overcome human efforts. The best thing is that whenever we wants anything then we can easily get products with the help of internet.

Now come to the point; "Technology is created by the human so after created the technology, The human's Jobs are affected by the technology to overcome job problems. Whenever technology is created, technology takes the human spaces in terms of jobs to avoid or over come this affected jobs space, Human has shorted this particular problem.

Overall There are 60 to 65 percents space affected by the technology because whenever the machine is working to overcome human effort so the number of employees is reduced in workspace.
