Merits:

1. The growth and technology of this impact is widespread.
2. It has a shift processing system.
3. Technology based concept will coinsidence with abroad companies.
4. It will reduce time work and too much of labours.
5. Economy growth will be higher in village areas.
6. Error happening in the field will be less.
7. It helps to think more and we can gain more knowledge.
8. It reduces work tension and other mental issues.
9. It reduces traveling.

Demerits:

1. Due to increases of machine man power is getting too low.
2. Now we are depending on machine in future people will be lazy.
3. Also their is very less amount of getting job in technology.

As we all know that in today's world, technology is developing day by day and without technology, we are not able to do the things in our daily life. Technology makes our life more easier and helps us in various ways. If we use it in a good manner, it will help us to build a good future.

When it comes to cons,

Technology is making everything easier as well as our jobs. Nowadays jobs of people are also replaced by AI, which poses a severe risk to the employment of many people.

It is modern era, As technology is increasing the no. Of jobs is decreasing. Where 10 workers were working now there need only 2 to do work. It leads to increase unemployment in India. Machines are replacing man. Also, technology makes us lazy. Our creativity is decreasing. We are becoming overdependent on it. Suppose the light is off for one day all the works will stop.

But it has some positive aspects also. It reduces the time to do work. Jobs in the area of technology is increased. There is new techniques which make our work easy. We cannot imagine World without technology. Technology takes revolution in I industrial sector. Work from home is possible because of technology.

Hi I am Aman, we have gathered here to discuss the impact of technology on the job. It has advantage and disadvantage also. First of all, I put on my views what's the advantage of technology. Technology makes our job easy. With the help of technology, we can save our time easily. But it's a negative impact also. Technology increases unemployment. An only skilled person use technology and in rural areas lot of people don't knowledge about this then they what to do if they learn how to use technology then no one can take the responsibility they can get job easily because a few persons can use technology easily then other skilled persons what to do. So, guys, we know that technology has an advantage and disadvantage also.

Now that time it is easy to communicate with others and let's take an example of searching for jobs from home and apply for different jobs from home easily and connect to mail for later queries. In my opinion it is important nowadays and time-consuming. We work from home easily and some online interviews taken by HR or interviewer. Technology is best for people who were not found their choice jobs but today it's helpful and we can easily communicate one to other countries on the internet and us proud of our country like India where unemployment is trending and make employment everyone and do it better.

In this era, if we talk about Indian education standards then it is decreasing day by day due to some application websites etc. Many students spend time on technology to play video games and watching movies and web series. And this is a reason behind our decrease in education.

As in this time, we are using technology much in every field eg. Education, transportation, communication, and almost every we are using technology,

This time technology becomes a part of life and it is equally helpful for us.

Technology has infinite uses.

But we all know as every action gives equally reaction if technology gives us relaxation then it makes human lazy, and it provides us easiness in jobs then it takes place of human which is become a very big cause of unemployment.

Technology makes our work easy and simple and in 20th century we are dependent on technology however technology replace the human job through artificial intelligence. Now the organization is not ready to pay to the employees if the machine is doing the same job. Instead of hiring 1000 employees, if one machine is doing the same job then why should somebody hire 1000 employees and pay the salary.

Yes, the impact of the job decreases and artificial intelligence will replace many jobs in future.

21 century will be the competitors between human vs machine. So you have to always be master in your filed and remember they are machine they use repetition and we are human we can use the brain as well as.

Technology is the empowering tool of the modern era. Since we are so obsessed with the internet, communication, and smartphones, we cannot think about existing without technology. This is even reflected in our employment opportunities too. In govt as well as the private sector, technology is playing an inevitable role.

So there is nothing much to dislocate its advantages.

But when technology takes the shape of new progressions like artificial intelligence, I think it will have a negative impression on our economy and jobs. It's degrading our social organization too.
