Technological advancement is must, it increases efficiency, production and level of safety. Because of the fear that with the introduction of technologies the chances of people losing jobs will increase, we can not avoid these technological advancements. When computers were introduced it was predicted that many jobs will be lost due to it, but if we see present computer is an integral part of every sector which has helped in easing our work and maintaining records. As we adopted certain technologies we have access to a faster mode of communication, faster delivery of products and several other advancements take place. We can use new technologies like artificial intelligence in performing repetitive tasks and it can be also be used in places where there is a threat to human health.

Thanks.

Good evening Mam/sir.

Firstly, thanks to giving me an opportunity so that I will deliver my views on the impact of technology on jobs.

Technology plays an important role in our life. In modern era, it makes our life easier by providing some gadgets and technical techniques. It saves both money and time. In 21st century, everything depends on technology. It is helpful in every field like business, education, economy and all. It enhances economic growth of our country. But as you know, a coin has two sides. As coin, technology has both advantages and disadvantages. It makes people lazy which has much impact on their health. Illiterate people are not able to do work /job because of technology or technical software which causes unemployment.

So that all about it by my side.

Thank you.

Well, it has its positives and negatives. The positive is, it makes the country more prosperous. In today's day and age the more technologically superior a country is, the more prosperous the country would be. The negative is it is creating unemployment like never before. No doubt technology is also creating jobs but there is no guarantee that such jobs would remain forever. With further advancement in technology jobs like in call centers may also become obsolete in future. So anyone, whether illiterate, semi literate, or literate and educated can be affected by technology. Technology can also cause health problems for example working too much time on computer causes eye problems. Government should address this problem without having to compromise with technological development.

Hello, everyone, my name is Rajneesh Mishra.

Today I would talk about impact of technology on job.

So Technology is necessary for every developing country because it give the efficiency in work and also take less time so it is important in our life.

According to my point of view it give more opportunities to every sector like shopkeeper, it sector, public sector, business etc.

After e commerce site the shopkeeper got a chance to sell your goods far and wide.

In its sector many job opportunities created due to technology.

Top mnc like tcs, wipro, accenture etc hired around 1 lakh employees every year.

I think after technology mostly jobs create but we should use manpower and technology combine for better results because technology also made by humans.

Thank you.

The technology is growing day by day & it's a basic requirement for the country being developed, because of that human efforts are reduced and the accuracy of work is increased.

Hence the job opportunities for literate people in the technical field is increasing, he or she can go for machine designing and as an operator of highly skilled machines.

But if we think about illiterate people, they are surely facing unemployment. It's a very difficult situation for those persons who have not to own field & no other sources of earning something.

So, keeping this critical situation of illiterate people in mind we should take a technical seminar in those filed and do familiar those persons about the benefits of emerging technology & effect of that on the nation.

By means of "Technology" is the way to do any work without any hard effort. By changing our approach from time to time to fulfil the necessity of the present situation. For example, the mobile apps are using everywhere in the world in present time which is a very revolutionary technology in IT sector as we could not think before 5 years that it will help or improve our needs so efficiently and smartly. Technology is not a threat to jobs it's just a tool by which it can more useful.

I saw it many places after adopting new technology, more jobs are created.

We can see like Ola, Uber or many other apps which are given by new GPS technology and by this our youth are employing to do a great job.

So, according to my point, Technology always help in a job not a threat.

As we all know that technology is growing so fast, a phone which was 20 years back thought only of a dream is now the most vital thing in our life. Who knows, 20 years from now we could be able to travel to some location without actually being there. Technology affects are lives in so many diverse ways, we aren't even able to tell how is it affecting us in negative ways. Nowadays there are so many apps for e-commerce lots of businesses are flourishing, But at the same small businesses, shops sales are decreasing, cause who wants to go on a hot and humid day to buy garments, when it can be done while siting on a sofa. So, although e-commerce is allowing to grow India economically, it is directly or indirectly being the reason for the rapid growth of unemployment.

Hi everyone!

Today's our topic is the impacts of technology on jobs.

There are both merits and demerits of this topic.

Meris :

In today's generation technology is used in every field of our life. And it plays an important role in our life. By the use of technologies, there are many apps are launched like Paytm. Phonepay. Google. Facebook. Linkedin etc. That helps us very much. Everything is going easy with the help of these apps.

Demerits :

The demerits of technology is in the field of unemployment because with the increase in technology there is a shortage of works which increases unemployment and there is hard work for trying to making robots by which unemployment is increasing.

Finally, the impacts of technology on jobs have merits and demerits both.
