The use of social network websites has both positives and negatives are there in our lives.

According to my point of view, how efficiently we are using is important to our lives. We connect all over the world where they live by social networks also we improve our knowledge by knowing different things with free of cost in network platforms. On the other side of social networks, we are wasting our time a lot and we are not giving time to our family. We are not taking care of our health. Children and adults are addicted to mobiles.

So parents have to pay attention to children while giving mobiles and we are the youth have to change our mindsets and tell to our parents and children.

In my opinion, social networking sites are very important to connect with each other. There are many positive and also negative points for our society.

There are some positive uses of networking sites:

Nowadays social networking sites are very valuable places to know about what is being in our society and we raise our voice our opinion that it's correct or harmful for our society and culture. It's a very common place to everyone there is no compromising for people. Every people who have an educated or uneducated child young use this side. Social media is a place where we have shared our data very simply.

Some negative points are;

There are no restrictions for age limits, nowadays in social media many bad things are displayed which is not good for children. Many children have suffering mentally and physically situation. Networking sites have open only Android systems there are many poor people who haven't bought for their economic situation so they haven't known what is being in our society and our culture. Social media is also a good side for sharing personal data but some hackers have hacked their personal data and misused social media.

Also Social media is beneficial in the field of Health & Fitness, as many people, doctors, health coach share the exercises, foods, calorie intake and other health related information through social media that being helpful for the people.

We Know That Social Media A Online Platform. We depend on our smartphones for work, school, and our personal and social lives. The internet has become a significant part of our daily lives. So too has a social media Platform.

And it is having an impact on today's School Students.

Social media use is nearly universal among today’s teens. Pew Research center reports 97 percent of 13- to 17-year-Olds use at least one of seven major online platforms.

The amount of time spent on social media platform sites is astounding. One report indicates the average teen ages 13 to 18 spends about nine hours on social media each day, tweens ages 8 to 12 are on for about six And Seven hours a day.

Advantage And Dis-Advantage:

* Staying connected with family and friends worldwide via email, text, FaceTime, etc.
* Quick access to information and research.
* Banking and bill pay at our fingertips.
* Online learning, job skills, content discovery (YouTube).
* Involvement in civic engagement (fundraising, social awareness, providing a voice).
* Great marketing tools.
* Opportunities for remote employment.

Dis-Advantage :

Online vs Reality. Social media itself is not the problem. It is the way people use it in place of actual communication and in-person socializing. “Friends” on social media may not actually be friends, and may even be strangers.

Increased usage. More time spent on social media can lead to Cyberbullying, social anxiety, depression, and exposure to content that is not age-appropriate.

* Social Media is addicting. When you’re playing a game or accomplishing a task, you seek to do it as well as you can.

By this kids lose interest in other parts of things like sports, studies, culture, and respecting of others.

As the name suggests social networking has a positive impact on people and society by building connections and networking with them. But sometimes it becomes a threat to teenagers as well as children by misusing social networking media and this will hamper their minds.

It has both merits and demerits. It depends on the way we use it. Like we can exaggerate our knowledge and we can know what's happening currently in the world. At the same time if we go through any unknown website or we reply to the unknown messages/calls it leads to a loss of something. There is not much awareness about the spam.
