Impact of Social Networking Sites

Hi everyone,

As for the impacts of social networking sites, I am little bit disagree with it. My point of view is different for the social networking site.

I agree that social sites have immense knowledge or it is the ocean of knowledge and we are giving our precious time surfing on it.

There are too many advantages such as connecting with our friends who are kilometers away from us, keeping in touch what happening in the world, plus spreading knowledge in all over the world. I am also getting knowledge from social sites.

Its bad impact includes the usage of these sites in the wrong way, children are addicted to it, and they are scrolling their time on these sites but these are adults who actually know what they are doing wasting their time or utilizing it.

According to me the worst impact of social networking sites are on children.

It affects it's mental health. It affects their eyes, children who are less than 10 years are also using the spectacles plus we don't know what they are watching on that sites. These sites are compromising their physical health because, in place of getting rest, they are playing games on phones instead of playing cricket, football, etc.

But they are children they don't know what they are doing. The major problem for this is social sites used by their family members including their grandfather, grandmother, mother, father, elder brother, and sister. We are giving our time on social sites because of which children are not getting attention from their family members. So they are surfing on Instagram, fb, twitter and so on. Because of this loneliness, children start scrolling through videos and then start making videos.

If we don't give time to our children, brothers then it is obvious they get outside to get attention. So they are not totally responsible for that. We should use these phones only for important work not for entertainment especially when we are living in a joint family. For entertainment, we should play with children so that they can be happy with themselves.

Please think about it, are we not ignoring our younger in front of mobile phones?

Social networking is nothing but a curse in today's world. We have a lot to know everything but at the same time, we have lost so much that had to be around us.

Just because of social networking we have lost our inner happiness,
* Our consciousness,
* Our soul,
* Our purity,
* Our dedication to the truth.

-> We have totally dependent on social ne for the wrong reasons,
-> A human being doesn't go to social media for experience and learning purposes,
-> They go only for Cheap motivation and a cheap kind of happiness that gives them pleasure for a small moment.

Firstly, being a good user of social networking sites I would draw attention that Social networking sites are just like science & technology as it depends on the user.

Similarly, the case arises for social networking sites. It depends on the user. All positive aspects you all know and shared but in the negative aspects, you all missed a point. Nowadays there is a competition whose posts are far better than others causing huge fan followers and this often leads to expressing low testament which cuts of our nose. Also, blackmailers take a chance of our passive minds to get us ruined. So, it's our duty to limit and to remain alert while using social networking sites.

Social networking sites have revolutionized the way we connect and communicate with others.

They have helped bridge geographical barriers, allowing us to stay connected with friends and family around the world. These platforms have made it easier to maintain relationships, share experiences, and support each other, especially during times of crisis or when physically distant.

In my point of view, social sites gives both negative and positive effects on our life.

First, the Positive effect is that nowadays everything is possible through social sites easily and at a time. Social sites help us to connect with friends and other people.
Social sites also help with online interviews, online discussions, and online education. It provides very vast material related to study on youtube and on other sites.

Second Negative effect,

Social sites are very harmful for children they are playing games every time, watching cartoons, and videos. So it affects on their eyes and Mental health.

It also effects on their education and physical health.

In my perspective, there are both merits and demerits to using social networking sites.

Merits :
1) many types of social networking sites help homeschooled children with their subjects.
2) many different types of businesses are run through these social networking sites
3) individuals can talk and chat online with their loved ones who are living abroad which only got possible because of these social networking sites.
4) there are various social campaigns which are also run with the help of social networking sites.

Talking about the Demerits:
1) one of the most obvious demerits of using social networking sites is adult sites which can be harmful to pupils in many ways.
2) many mortals scroll through these sites endlessly without thinking for so many hours and due to this they waste their precious time.
3) Many different types of frauds also happen through social networking sites like credit card scams and so on.

Well, I think that there are many advantages of using social networking sites but its disadvantages cannot be overlooked I think people should use these sites in a proper manner so it won't harm them in any way.

The use of social network websites has both positives and negatives are there in our lives.

According to my point of view, how efficiently we are using is important to our lives. We connect all over the world where they live by social networks also we improve our knowledge by knowing different things with free of cost in network platforms. On the other side of social networks, we are wasting our time a lot and we are not giving time to our family. We are not taking care of our health. Children and adults are addicted to mobiles.

So parents have to pay attention to children while giving mobiles and we are the youth have to change our mindsets and tell to our parents and children.

In my opinion, social networking sites are very important to connect with each other. There are many positive and also negative points for our society.

There are some positive uses of networking sites:

Nowadays social networking sites are very valuable places to know about what is being in our society and we raise our voice our opinion that it's correct or harmful for our society and culture. It's a very common place to everyone there is no compromising for people. Every people who have an educated or uneducated child young use this side. Social media is a place where we have shared our data very simply.

Some negative points are;

There are no restrictions for age limits, nowadays in social media many bad things are displayed which is not good for children. Many children have suffering mentally and physically situation. Networking sites have open only Android systems there are many poor people who haven't bought for their economic situation so they haven't known what is being in our society and our culture. Social media is also a good side for sharing personal data but some hackers have hacked their personal data and misused social media.

That's all.

Advantages:

We can communicate with the friend and relative which are living abroad for various purposes. Also, various social networking makes our life easier like online shopping.

Ticket booking, etc. Youtube is the best way for a student to extract knowledge and help in their studies. Social networking websites are part of our life and connect people with similar interests.

Disadvantages:

Many children play online video games telling their parents as they are studying.

In searching a good content the children need to waste their precious time.

Many of the spam websites are there which may lead to enter viruses in our pc mobile, laptop, etc. Spending more time on it produces diseases like mental illness, eye-sight problems, etc.

The impact of social networking sites is a topic of debate with both positive and negative aspects.

Advantages:

1. Social networking connects people around the world, making communication easier and promoting understanding.
2. Online shopping, ticket booking, and other conveniences make life easier.
3. Social media provides a wealth of knowledge, especially through platforms like YouTube.

Disadvantages:

1. Children can spend too much time on social media, affecting their mental and physical health and studies.
2. Scams and viruses can compromise personal information on spam websites.
3. Misinformation and cyberbullying are prevalent on social media and can lead to distrust in traditional news sources.
4. Overall, using social networking sites depends on how they are utilized by individuals and families. Social media can bring people together, but it must be used responsibly to avoid negative consequences.
