HI, I am Vikram Singh.

I have been part of police university Graduate with Ncc cadet with experience in different operations of security and safety.

Everything has its pros and cons in dealing with any scientific research or study based on social economical as well as personal impact on user. Like it can either be user-friendly or not.

Social media is basically composed with Social + media.

Being Social means being connected with people person or place in order to find thier own companionship where's media means medium to express.

Social medias can be noon as well as curse. I can say now a days a lot of information which flows are not accurate. Many of freind has mentioned both benifits and talking about algorithms but I support negative in favor of social media.

One can take benefits of social media but I can't support because when we look over the graph being benefits and other aspects of the impact you will find this generations are wasting hrs in watching reels and Blog even I can't imagine person who have no expertise are being treated as professors.

The word influencer which itself related with the impact on persons mental and career dilemma people are being glamorise they are demanding high maintenance from parents inorder to match subsequent standard of social media and Rest other can be good aswell.

Thanks all.

Hello everyone,

Social Media has a huge impact on people today.

It has become a trend in today's world to be a social media user. Social Media can become an important asset for spreading information and education to everyone.

It is now witnessed as one of the most important tools for Digital Marketing. It also helps one to connect, interact and get to know other people. It is an effective tool to help people overcome isolation and boredom. It also boosts various career aspects such as content creation, videography, video editing, and photography in different fields.

However, Social Media cannot be stated as good or bad; its influence can be observed as how the user uses it.

Social Media can be addictive and might result in reduced productivity. Hence, one should know the limits of how much one should use it. It can be a tool for learning and opportunities if used wisely.

Hi, I am Gayatri Rathore.

I would like to share my thoughts on the topic of social networking sites.

I agree with that social media benefits and losses are depends on how we use it,

And I believe that social media makes our lives much easier because before it, we couldn't share our experiences, thoughts, and point of view with other people, and not easily find out what our friends and family members were doing right now.

Also, social media sites have actually been made to keep people on their platforms.

So, it really depends on how much time a person spends on it and How to use it?

With the benefits of social media peoples not feel alone.

If they live alone and not in a joint family, it helps them make online friends and family.

So, if you keep yourself up to date on social platforms, it makes you more extroverted and reduces public fear as well.

Hello everyone.

I would like to share my views on social media and its impact on our lives.

Nowadays, the use of social media is increasing rapidly, and I believe it has both positive and negative effects. The important thing is not whether we should use social media, but how consciously we use it.

On the positive side, social media has made communication and networking much easier. People can learn new skills, discover useful information, and connect with opportunities. It can also help people in need reach a larger audience and get support. After a tiring day, social media can also help us relax and take a short mental break.

However, excessive use can have negative effects. One important factor is the algorithm. It continuously shows us content based on our interests, which can either help us learn something useful or make us spend hours scrolling without realising it.

Another concern is our attention span. Most reels and short videos are only one or two minutes long. Watching this type of content continuously may make it difficult for us to stay focused on longer and more informative content for 30 or 40 minutes.

We can also see its impact in our daily lives.

For example, when we go outside or sit with our friends, we often see people looking at their phones and scrolling through reels instead of interacting with the people around them.

Therefore, I believe social media itself is not the problem. The problem is excessive and uncontrolled usage. We should set limits, be careful about the content we consume, and make sure that social media does not replace real-life interactions.

Thank you.

Being a student, I believe that social media has helped me to gain knowledge about digital marketing and how social media works, such as algorithms, reach, and engagement.

However, it is exhausting at the same time. Because of doomscrolling and continuous consumption of reels and shorts.

I don't understand where my time goes, and I can't focus on what's important, like assignments, which leads to procrastination. To test that, I uninstalled my Instagram, which actually helped me to use that time to focus on things which are more important.

In my own life, social media has impacted me both positively and negatively.

Positively, by keeping up with the things happening in the world through news channels.

Negatively, it has shortened my attention span and increased unnecessary content consumption.
