Now maximum usage of social networking site can lead you an unhealthy lifestyle because of maximum usage we forget that we also have a life beside social networking side, we forget to spent time with our families, we forget to play in the ground. We need a lot of hard work a lot of studies to become successful but because of the maximum usage of the social networking site, we forget to study.

Besides that this advantages there are so many advantages like from social networking site there are so many people who started their small business and from there, they earned money for their family, we can help poor needy people by collecting money from social networking site, we also can protest against all the odds as well.

So at the last, I want to say everyone has a different impact upon them from the social networking site but it will be better if we use it for our betterment.

We all know the power of social media, I would like to say that people start use this in a positive way but knowingly or unknowingly the use of this is creating a negative impact on people. They start to chat with others, communicate with others, search of jobs. To learn about current affairs, to have some information about what s going around us as they start using it people are so addicted that the they can't even leave or breathe without using it. Why its happening because of the analytical behaviour of these sites, if you are sad it goes on recommending the sad vedios and keep your engagement with that social media high, it creates curious things to be in the social media always, some of the sites are really professional like linked in, quora etc. But majority of the sites paly with the psychological behaviour of humans. The life cycle of a person is changing day by day. Social media sites should be the part of our life, it should not be our entire life.

Social Media has both positive and negative sides.

If I talk about the positive impact of social media then social media is very helpful for students.

Nowadays lots of subjects are in school if someone doesn't have money to purchase a book then he will able to download the pdf of that book from any educational website, If we think about the students who are preparing for competitive exams like MPSC or UPSC.

The Syllabus of those exams are very vast, It is not possible to buy all the books so social media is also useful for those. Social media sites like LinkedIn and Naukri are very useful to find jobs.

Social media has also some disadvantages the young generation is addicted too much to social media sites like Instagram, and they spend lots of time scrolling reels, and because of that, they face mental and physical issues.

It depends on how you use those sites, If you use social media sites properly then it is very useful for you otherwise you face lots of issues.

Social media in which people meet virtually not physically social media networks increasing day by day.

In the present scenario, most people use social media networking sites like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube and more.

According to me, social networking sites have created a negative impact on our lives. Ever since social media has come, people live a lot at home and in-home also they are constantly in their phones. We can see family members sitting on a sofa and they are constantly on their phones.

Children of the past used to go outside and play with all neighbour's children. This is why our parents have greater networking than us.

Social media sites are now taking us to that stage where we have completely forgotten to use our emotional intelligence. Youth are constantly using and scrolling social sites. They are wasting their energy and now their mental peace as well. Due to social sites connection is not happening but mental health disorder is definitely happening.

So, to conclude I think no doubt social media can be a great platform to connect with people but if used intelligently and wisely. Otherwise, it will create a problem that will be hard to solve.

In social networking sites we can't directly say there impacts because social media having advantage as well as disadvantages also so first I start with advantages social media helps to connect with friends and family members who are living far from us and it is help in education because nowadays online education having high demand and helps in marketing, hiring for jobs and also it is one of the way to earning money by making videos or reels and social media also helps in exploring the ideas or thought to all our word these are infinite benefits of social networking now I am going to share some thought about disadvantages like some peoples are misused the social media by uploading the MMS, footage which are not good for those student having age under 18, and also hacking is there and youngers are using to much social media this not good for there own health.

By using social media we can upskill ourselves, we can do courses from it which is related with our field.

Nowadays people are using social media more they don't know how it will impact their lives or health issues. We are seeing this because fraud cases growing continuously, and hacking cases are increasing. Children are spending so much time on social media like scrolling.
