Do Women make Good Managers?

According to me, gender doesn't decide that who is better. Your knowledge, skills, experience decide that who is better. Yes of course women may be good manager because they know how to manage things. Because a housewife manages everything at her home. And it is said by a great man that behind every successful man there is a woman. So women can be a good manager.

In my point of view, skills of a person don't depend on gender. Everybody has the same potential, the same mind it matter how they use it. So by working hard, doing regular work and keeping an eye on goal than everybody can become a good manager.

In my opinion, now women are getting an opportunity because of education and their callibear also consist of skill and potential to handle the grievances in an prudent way. The woman nowadays considered equal in the male the dominance society. Woman also motivates, organises with the tremendous communication skills can allure anyone by using grandiloquent words. The women can the best managers because they did all the things in a correct order whether it is home, business or management they are multidisciplinary. Women are considered to be mentors whether it is Edison Mother or Peshwa Bajirao mother these have great impact on their child as Edison invented bulb and Bajirao won many battles. No doubt man roars but godless Durga can control that roar.

At last, I want to concluded that women have both the powers that is maker and breaker.

Yes, as women are more patient while taking decisions. A woman is a doctor, cook, teacher, nurse, maid, protector, supporter and many more qualities a woman is having. So a woman is multitasking. They can manage time very nicely. Women are better listeners as they give importance to every second. They speak very politely. They enjoy there work and are very punctual. In day to day life, if we want to go to any picnic or to marriage she is the only one who manages what to take with them so that difficulties don't occur. I want to give an example of Kalpana Chawla who was the first woman who went to space. The conclusion is that we should treat everyone equally. So that women can show their talent too.

Yes, ofcourse women are the best manager in this world. Because they have all the qualities of managing like courage, Patience, responsibility, understanding etc but we are able to see which things are not find boys.

Yes, I to agree with most of the women are good managers and she maintains the entire family with a limited budget varies from 10000 to 50000 per month or even more or less as good managers do in corporate world and she worked 24 * 7 * 365 days in a home without expecting the benefits she performed mother to child, wife to husband, worker in home, employee in office etc.

But in some cases management entirely depends on the knowledge, hard work, dedication, determination, goal achievement, decision-making skills, are performed or executed then only we are able to conclude he or she as better managers.

Their inherent qualities make them good managers as they are more patient in difficult situations. They are expert in balancing their home as well as their career at a time. Am Sakshi Singh. I totally agree with that the woman is better managers. She can handle all the things with patience as compare to man. She knows that how to manage their family at home and she also know that how to behave with people in the company. It said by one of the great men that behind every successful man there is a woman. I think if women can handle there men and children 24*7 without expecting anything she can also manage outside the home very easily without expecting any profit. Like a mother at home, Woman can easily hide their emotions as compared to man and knows how to react or manage in critical situations. So, at last, I conclude that she is the one on the earth who can manage or do their job properly without expecting more profit.

Yes, of course, as per my opinion women are better managers than men because women know how to manage properly. Mostly in every home the women-only manages the work of household and women only do proper work than men. Eg women's only bargain while purchasing the goods aur other commodities. Mens do not bargain.

Yeah, women are better managers than man, because a woman is the one who bears a child, look after her child and also manage a family which is not an easy job to do. For a man, they are the earners of their family. So he may not know how difficult to manage a family, as his prime job is to earn. So I think a woman may be a good manager in all the fields.
