Do Women make Good Managers?

Yes, they do.

Basically, it has become a fashion to support their gender, to prove that their gender is superior, without thinking the actual case.

Still in many parts of India, male dominance exists. If women are provided a chance to prove themselves, they will definitely excel.

To make good managers, gender doesn't play a big game, but the actual willpower and efficiency does.

As we generally see, men are in the higher positions of almost all organisation. Now, the scenario is getting changed, women are placing themselves in those positions.

@"Gender discrimination and male domination are hindering the females" - Gender discrimination? you are kidding right, all I see around is reservations and special treatments for women's, whether it be government post or a seat in the parliament, and talking about the domination, well its the law of nature that fittest dominate.

@"In Rajasthan women's are making papad" - wow now what do I say to that, you are doing a marvelous job.

@"Womens are good at house hold activity" - if you think house hold work and being a Entrepreneur is the same thing, you have no idea what you talking about.

@"Women are playing a key role in every field as CEO and CMD" - women's are only 2% of the CEO's and only about 20% of top managerial level all over the company, and if you think that is the key role, you have got to work on your mathematics skills.

When you say that women's are wonderful managers and find them so badly outnumbered in that aspect, don't you think something is wrong with your whole argument there, its like saying that snail has all qualities for being a good runner, but out there they don't run.

By reading this discussion you guys are supporting or saying the women can be a best manager. All the points what you said are all OK. You guys don't have confident on yourself?They manage both family and work so that then can be a best manager.

My simple question is that in our home if we want to take any financial decision we discuss it to our father not only financial but also for many major decisions. So that a man can be good decision maker. By this I say that man is a best manager than women.

I agree with all but according to me women are good manager because they always think profit and loss before starting any work so they can manage any task in good manner but man never think before starting any work so women is the best in work.

Well, According to me, men are good managers than women because they do have potential to highly risk and one point I realized that women are multitasking, not a good manager.

I think, men are best manager than women, because if women's are best managers, then why number of women managers are less than men manages. So we can say men's having good managing quality than woman.

If you ask my point of view I would say definitely they can make good managers because our society neglected women from the past to perform any outdoor activities. They were forced to manage house, husband, children and cooking all the times.

Women took that job as a challenge and now their achievement is if anybody ask a women can you cook? Can you manage house, children, husband etc. Then anyone can say you are asking a stupid question. She is a woman and that is inbuilt in her.

Now think for a while and say if the management work was provided to women, they would have done justice to the same job, not because they are good managers but they are sincere and efficient to perform any duty.

In my point of view before achieving any position, women's have to become mentally strong because our women's are very emotional, they become very emotional when she take a strong decision.

Women or men it does not matter it's the point of view and all have immense potential and creativity to manage as we know that behind every successful man there is a women all work hard be awesome.

In my opinion, I think men managers are better than female managers.

Because if any project means men's done up to 10'o clock but women's are not doing.
