Do Women make Good Managers?

Good evening friends.

I do agree about women are good manager now, we have many examples as India's first women president Pratibha Patil, first women PM SMT Indira Gandhi and also recent fighter plane officer are women so other point of view women has proved as mom, sister, wife and they are playing a vital role since to now. We need to give a chance to shine them.

Second thing is we know that position wants able person so selectors should choose a desirable person, don't think about their gender if someone is capable for the position choose him or her.

My point of view, Women's are the good manager.

She doing on the job very well.

And she managed office and home equally.

According to me, women manager are better manager because she is housewife and she is know how to the handle any situation and how handle the our children.

In my point of view Both have good managers dependence up on their knowledge. Both have same brains. For example if any problem is there who take the right decision at right time then only we decide who is the good manager. But comparing with men women have good patience. And she is maintain both family and office with equal importance.

And one thing olden days women's are only on home so much of problem but now the trend will be change and each and every sector compete with men and she get success.

I agree with all points but according to my point of view, women are best managers because they balance their life with parents as well as the organisation also In both places she showed their talent in a similar manner and she balanced it.

Hi, yes they are good managers at home plus in corporate world, well they know how to make family happy in a little expense and they can keep a good eye on their clients, colleagues as well.

Manger can be anyone it's not depends on gender, it is depend on the individual how he/she will do their work.

In professional life, I don't think gender plays an role. It is the point of individuals view of the completion of the work.

As many of my colleagues already pointed out the managing ability of men and women, yes we can say that its not gender but skills and ability to develop and practice these skills is sought and on this basis a manager is selected, whether it is male/female.

As the quote "leaders are born not made" is passe now a days, the paradigm that only men can be managers is out of date because in recent years, women already proved that they have all the abilities and can prove if they had given a chance.

According to me, there are many society are run with the help of women only and it is wonders to hear that because of women, our country is on ranking position.

In my point of view I personally think think that women is far better than men because if you see the whole life of a women than you see that she have to face many relation in her life firstly she is a daughter who have to live in certain limit and at the same time she have to study and do household chores also and after that when she get married than she become mother and she have to look up both families and her child which her husband to fulfill all the desires ect, so the women are inherent from the childhood only she can have a better management then men.
