Many a time we hear that women make good managers. It is to some extent true cause women have designed themselves to manage everything at the same time. From the very past women used to do all the household works without the family's support then they started education against all the social odds. Still, they managed their lives in both education as well as household activities. Then they entered the workforce to offer a hand in the family finances but that didnot free them from houseworks. Today, also we see many women who manage children & husband before leaving home for office then manages office life efficiently and after a day's heat they again take the charge of household affairs. So being a good manager is intrinsic in women but then also we cannot neglect the part of management studies which further improve one's efficiency. So if women can learn the theoretical part then she is well equipped to handle the practical part in life. So for me yes women do make good managers.

It is very big difference between managing home n company. Women is sensitive and getting easily emotional. Only few example of women listed out above. What about others. Not one said. My view is that women is only homemaker.

Government gives 33 percent reservation but conditions of women till now is same, who is responsible only women because they feel they are only home maker. In Rajasthan, Punjab, Asama, Haryana, Jammu kashmir the % of women in corporate sector is quite low.

Hi friends.

I am agree with all points but according to my point of view women are best managers because they balance their life with parents as well as organisation also In both places she showed their talent in a similar manner and she balanced it.

It's nothing like always Men can work and women should sit at homes doing household work, looking after children, etc. Narendra Modi once said that women are created from goddess Shakthi. They are endangered species and always protect them, treat them equally, don't harass them.

According to me, that if the dreams were so high and he and she has a capability to do a good job and also have a positive attitude towards work then no matters its men or women so according to me it depends that how he or she has taken responsibility as granted or not. And also because nowadays our country treats both the gender at the same place.

Well my perspective towards this kind of statement is quite biased since I m not regardless of the feminist opinions, but the society has changed drastically and men are gradually being comprehensive about the priorities of women. In certain parts of India, people still hold patriarchal views, where women are still confined to the walls of their house and are expected to perform the domestic chores and cater to the needs of their family and spouse. Women turn out to be to better managers on professional as well as on personal grounds due to their perseverance and an inherent quality which is ingrained in them since their childhood.

Somewhere they are being mentally prepared to face such situations. We can't be negligent of the fact that even men these days do contribute some time out of their professional life to give time to family. Though the majority still lies with women for when it comes to sacrificing their ambitions for the upbringing of their wards its women who step forth. Men generally look after the external matters.

This is also because it is a pre conceived notion that mother can take better care of children than father, whereas it is not always so. Despite of being a woman I don't completely agree to this as several explanations can still be provided. I'm sure even the women/girls reading this agree that fathers take care of the family silently and are not expressive about their contribution whereas women are somewhat boastful about their importance and role in family.

Well, I think both men and women can be good manager depending upon the talent, leadership skill, communication skill, decision making. And he or she should have capability to manage situation. So there is no point in making difference.

Hi, this is Sayali. I think women are better than men because of having good patience, hearing ability without which it is difficult to manage employees as well as customers or clients. It creates a sense of loyalty among your colleagues and make them passionate to work for your project. Men mostly believe in action than words which is the symbol of arrogance, rudeness etc. This is the quality which make your partners go away from you. Thus, women are better than men.

I think women be a good manager because she has more thinking power than man like when she any work she thinks before about that work than men and also she manage her home and if women have good knowledge, talented n also have to manage then it can be a good manager.

And we have so example like Indira Gandhi -she was the first woman prime minister of India, Pratibha Patel, Mother Teresa, Arundhati Roy.
