Brain-Drain has to be stopped

As we all know, that brain drain is a major problem for India and it is increasing day by day. The youth of India get a degree in his country and they apply and work another country by which the another country becoming more and more developing country. When the youth does not get a good platform to show his talent so because of this they want to go in another country.

According to the UNESCO report, India country has the second position in brain drain. 85% engineer and doctor went to the another country and this way the brain drain increasing per day as a conclusion for stop the brain drain I think there should be a bond between the youth means if a person wants to go another country so they will have to fill the bond that after 2 and 3 years when they have to clear their study they will have to come their own country to serve and to do work. This way I think the brain drain problem reduce in India.

After going through all the discussion on brain drain, I would like to make some point of mine on this particular topic.

1) Brain drain is I don't think it should b stopped because if anyone has that much capability to go and work for their dream company why shouldn't they. And believe it or not. Not everyone gets that type of opportunity.

2) India is a country where the ratio of corrupt people is more than that of an honest one. So even if someone wants to make some moves regarding the progress of our country they have to go through a lot of difficulty either it is related to documentation or land or money.

3) Resources play a vital role if it comes to the development of a country, in India, they don't get such supportive environment.

So it should not be stopped, I mean everyone busy securing their own future so we should praise him we should not raise questions about that.

Brain drain is really cursing for our nation I think all should abhor this. And throughout this cheap word work mindset from our country. Migrating one place to another isn't the solution. We should avoid it and have to work on these! I am totally agree wit all who mentioned their opinion here!

There are many things which are responsible for these.

"Corruption".
"Irresponsibility".
"Don't wanna to develop our very own nation".
"Migrated only for high salary name nd fame and etc".

As we know very high thinking skill people lived in India but didn't understand why they are developing other nation. 1stly they should think about "INDIA" than other! 40% of people are in NASA.

If they wanna to develop those countries why they took birth here! ?Why they taken education from here?

Hopefully, motherland also feeling shameful for this.

Not only PM but we should also have to work on this.

We are not thinking about their personal problem. I mean to say some political problem which takes the major role. The people who have much ability to implement such a thing that the country can be changed, not only country as well as the world. But the political issue did not give such opportunity if they give also they will not provide a handsome award for that. The weakness of these things has been fully utilised by other countries. They are hiring them nd utilising them nd make their country best. Also, they knows more updated technical things, and also they gained more knowledge. One thing can be done to make use of our brain in our country i.e. give them a proper opportunity, handsome reward and send them other countries to learn the all the updated technical things and make use of those things in our country. So that our country can be improved far better than other countries.

As so many people said that brain drain is not good for our country because of our skilled persons and technical labour are moving to abroad. As per my knowledge that was happening because of our self it means for example when time arrives to serve our country then most of the people will accept doing their responsibilities and duties for low payment, later they might wish to work for foreign countries because of only reason that they get high amount of salary than India pays for them.

Actually Indian people are selfish they always try to be happily but they are not developing our country by their skills. By doing this we are not becoming rich they are becoming rich and more richest day by day. If we want to stop the brain drain in India then every citizen of our country must think. WE ARE ALL INDIANS AND WE ALWAYS WORK OR GIVE SERVICE TO INDIA AND MAKE INDIA A DEVELOPED COUNTRY.

India's past leaders have done nowhere as good for India as the Western civilization has. You are happily reaping the benefits of immense western hard work that went into Medical technologies, Manufacturing technologies, Agricultural technologies, Communication technologies, Transportation technologies. If not for the Western inventions, all of you would be hunting in jungles with an expected life span of no more than 30 years. What contributions do Indian leaders have to improve your lives in a major way?

Yes, some of the great leaders got the country freedom. But if you read the statistics on the standard of living of people, India was better off while under the British than after independence. All that has happened after Independence is government corruption, backward development and millions of lives doomed in the name of culture, caste, religion, and state level conflicts.

Recently, I saw in the news that some of the IIT students are offered packages of 1 crore per annum by Indian companies and about 2 crores from international companies. Since there is a huge difference of money offered between inside and outside, so, we can guess that where these students would prefer to go as in the end it's all about money. International companies take good and capable students with them not just because students prefer it but also because those companies provide those opportunities that is eye-catching and worth applying for and on the other hand, some Indian companies do not even think about it.

So in conclusion, what I want to say is that if you (government) don't want brain drain then provide those facilities (i. E employment) to deserving people instead of telling them to become "aatm nirbhar" and Indian companies should also try to widen their approach.

As we know that our country (India) is developing the country and we, Indian people make it becomes developed. We should have responsible for making it becomes developed.

But we people are not giving the attention to improving it. How our country would growth we would think then it is possible to grow in all over the world.

Now I am talking about Indians intellectual minds. Many engineers, doctors and MBA holder. They are getting the degree from Indian university but prefer to go abroad for working. If these thing is going on then bow our country will become developed.

So we should request to all of the Indian people those we went to abroad for working. Plese return our motherland and develop the technology here. And those who are perusing their degree in Indian university please don't go abroad. If this happens then one day our country will definitely become developed.

If we look at the causes of brain drain we will find that a very deep rooted problem.

What forces one of the best brains in India to leave. You tell me is it wrong in asking for a better life, better health benefits, better infrastructure, better education for kids? I hope that the answer is no. Then why would a person stay here if he does not find anything which he can get abroad and not get it here? If you look at the life of some of the best minds in the fields talked about i.e. doctors and engineer. Why would a doctor do an operation in the fear of getting attacked by a goon if the operation is not successful or working under the influence of a politician? Why would an engineer work in states like Bihar with a fear of getting kidnapped and killed? The problem is the environment which India provides to the great minds and the few opportunities off growth.

Many developing countries get most of their income. Developed countries also are benefited by getting cheaper skills and thus bringing down the operational cost and providing efficient facilities and service to poor.

On of friend said that we should not forget that the world is shrinking and becoming a global village. Further, he added that the individuals are benefitted by getting three times more salary than his/her own country and thus he/she can keep his/her family and relatives happy. Its human tendency to go to the place where he/she is getting better pay and perks. There should be equal opportunity for earnings. A doctor in Delhi charges INR 1700 whereas the same doctor gets 1700 dollars in US. 65 times more money see the abnormality.

Many US, UK people come to India for their medical treatment. India is getting its revenue from it.
