Brain-Drain has to be stopped

I know so many people who after graduating choose to move abroad, be it doctors, engineers, MBA.

1st and foremost how self-centred can people be? If everybody continues to move abroad who will think about India?

2nd one of my friend she just moved abroad like 3 months back and each time I talk to her, she keeps telling about the shortcomings of India (you study from govt colleges with such minimum fees and then choose to ditch your country and move abroad and then sitting in a fully developed country talk about India's shortcomings ?what did you do to make the country better? you just took degrees from the country and ran away to some other countries to serve them and ditch your own country.

3rd of all I respect my fellow people who choose to stay back and serve our very own nation, who think on how to make our country better than those who choose to run away from the country cribbing about politics, corruption etc.

4th It's a moral thing I guess and a personal choice but definitely selfish on how you can do this to your country who has given you so much.

Brain drain was and is a big problem for a country like INDIA (developing country). We hope that this changes in the future so that people serve the country. I guess brain drain will be on the decrease in the next half a decade because of the implementations made by the govt like GST, MAKE IN INDIA, SMART CITIES, regulating rules of FDI. This will help in the big industries investing in India and thus getting jobs to us. Brain drain is a big loss to the country especially in case of the people who have been funded right through his or education.

Eg: my friend studied in a govt school (kv) and right through his school life he paid only half amount of fees (becoz of the reservation). When he entered his degree life he used to get scholarships worth more than a lakh from various different organizations. After his degree he got an offer of an internship in the US and later subsequently a job. He never returned back top India after that. Thus what the country provided him as a form developing the lower castes resulted in him developing other countries indirectly.

Hello, friends, I want to share my views on the topic brain drain.

What basically brain drain is? It means students or people are migrating from our country to another one for there studies or job. In my opinion brain drain should be Stopped because it is not a good practice. It not only waste our human resources but also the money of our government which they are applying for our education. Moreover, our good and intelligent students are migrating to other countries so the loss of good and skilled people from our country. It will help in utilizing the skills of those countries and making our country in a position of less skilled and illiterate people. I agree that other countries provide high salary and good education than ours. But if our government will try to improve this and provide them a good education to each and every child, make them learn new technologies provide good salary which they deserve than brain drain can be stopped and will make our country from developing to developed country.

Hello friends. Firstly, I would like to ask you people that what is the reason behind brain drain in India. Have you ever thought?it is because not getting the environment to the person who wants to explore his talent. Who want to use his/her skills. And I think EVERBODY HAS THE RIGHT TO LIVE AND USE THEIR LIVES AS THEY WANT.

LET'S TAKE THE EXAMPLE OF THAT IITIAN STUDENT WHO MADE "A DEFENCE ROBOT". DO YOU KNOW WHAT HAPPENED WITH HIM. EVERY COMPANY REFUSED TO TOOK SPONSORSHIP OF THAT PROJECT. EVEN INDIAN DEFENCE REFUSED TO BUY THAT ROBOT. SO THAT BOY WENT TO USA. THE USA PEOPLE ANALYSED HIS PROJECT AND OFFERED HIM A JOB AND ALSO BOUGHT HIS PROJECT.

SO. The boy was not getting the environment to show his skills. That's why he went to USA.

SECOND EXAMPLE IS OF CHINA. THOSE SUBJECT WE STUDY IN ENGINEERING LIKE EMBEDDED, ROBOTICS. THEY, THE CHINA PEOPLE READ IN 8TH STANDARD.

SO. IT ALL DEPENDS ON THE ENVIRONMENT DUE TO WHICH BRAIN DRAIN IS HAPPENING.

If India focuses on this. Then only it can be stopped.

As we all know, brain drain is the migration of the creamy and intellectual section of the population to other countries. Now a question arises. Why are people migrating?people are migrating in search of better job, pay, working environment. And most importantly to work in an environment where they are recognised and motivated for their work.

I believe brain drain should be stopped. And people should ponder over the following points.

It is this motherland that as provided with you that education for which the foreigners are hiring you today. So why not instead of going to foreign countries. We work in our own country to make it more developed.

Secondly. People who criticise our country should think what have they done for their motherland instead of going abroad.

People along with government should come together to hold hands to bring new technologies to India so that further generations should not have to travel abroad. It's only the young generation that can stop brain drain.

Basically Brain-Drain refers to the migration of educated people to go abroad to settle there.

- There are some reasons which responsible for,

1. Many of educated people are not getting job due to lack of the employment.

2. Even they are getting job, not getting good salary according to job profile.

3. People are thinking that there is more prosperity and better lifestyle than India.

4. Reservation in Government Jobs and in Education Field and therefore talented people not getting enough opportunity to utilize their skills.

5. Large Margin in currency of the nations.

Due to brain-drain many talented people go to abroad the country is lacking in really talented persons, but on the other hand there is also positive effect of brain drain:

Foreign countries are realizing the potentials of Indian students and they are coming to our country for setting up manufacturing units as a result of that it is contributing in increment of employment. So ie is a good effect of Brain-drain.

According to my opinion, Brain-Drain is the second name of earning more money in short time. That's why people choose easy and the short path of earning money.

* Nowadays people change our jobs only see more salaries, So why they do not leave their countries to forget more benefit and achievement, success.

BRAIN DRAIN Harmful impact:

> India is not growing more than others countries.

> India lost many talented people because other countries give better facilities or money and our countries talent engineers, doctors, etc, etc work for other countries.

> India lost our citizens because 70% people want to settle abroad.

BRAIN DRAIN Fruitful impact:

< Get knowledge in business fields, smartness, etc.

< Availability of good education in India and open many paths to best jobs and make our country money higher.

Brian drain means emigration of highly skilled and multi-talented people to other countries.

As we know there are many evils in our society brain drain is one of them there is much reason of it.

1. Lack of job opportunities - as we know that India is 2nd most populated country in the world but no recruitment is very less.

2. Reservation-because of reservation many underserved people got the job due to quota.

3. Corruption-nepotism - many powerful people give bribe to get a job without any effort it is not good for the development of our country.

4. Lack of salary.

5. Women are not safe.

The 6-Brian drain is global issue India is not the exception but our country do many efforts to stop this like make in India and privatization.

7. If we are able to stop the Brian drain then it our country a developed country.

Our topic about brain drain and in my opinion brain drain is a disease which work like as the white ant those hollow the tree like as India. My first point for that is the reservation for the SC and ST students due to that the student of general category does not take admission in governments colleges.

And another reason for vagrant from India to abroad is that in India the salary of an government employee is too less so they go abroad to earn more money and for life style. The people or student do not know their responsibilities for his country they are born and brought up here. According to databases.

Our Indian engineers in NASA are about 30% to 40% and the doctors are approx 65% to 70% are abroad. If they will come back to the India then our India will.

Definitely progress in few years. Their duties are to trying for make a develop country "India". In last I say that we have to change our mentality.

Getting to the root of the issue will give us a better understanding and help us face it appropriately. Those who migrate do so because of lack of opportunity "economic, employment, education" in their home country. Maybe they're unhappy with the quality of life or due to political instability. Personal reasons we never know would abound too.

This means the home country loses the skilled people that could have aided in development. Lack of development causes people to migrate. People migrating causes lack of development. As you can see, it's a cycle.

Improving all opportunities in our country is the only way to attract people. How much money does our government spend on weapons? Isn't it disgusting?

You can NEVER FORCE PEOPLE TO STAY. That's a restriction of movement and basic freedoms. Migration is good as it leads to flow of technology, ideas, knowledge and information. This is good for the WORLD.
