Brain-Drain has to be stopped

Well talking about the topic brain drain.

In my opinion, it's not completely the fault of the people. It's a very big decision to move to another country by leaving their parents. But still, people are choosing it. Cause to live better for a better life, a better job, better studies an many else.

Then what happens we are losing skilled and talented people in our country. The development stopped growing. To overcome these crises countries need to provide better opportunities these those countries by creating nice paid placements in colleges better standard education things like these. Then reverse bran drain happens.

According to my opinion, Brain-Drain is the second name of earning more money in short time. That's why people choose easy and the short path of earning money.

* Nowadays people change our jobs only see more salaries, So why they do not leave their countries to forget more benefit and achievement, success.

* Now, this time, every person have good talent and someone give their chances to growing their talent to it's not wrong.

BRAIN DRAIN Harmful impact:

> India is not growing more than others countries.

> India lost many talented people because other countries give better facilities or money and our countries talent engineers, doctors, etc, etc work for other countries.

> India lost our citizens because 70% people want to settle abroad.

BRAIN DRAIN Fruitful impact:

< Get knowledge in business fields, smartness, etc.

< Availability of good education in India and open many paths to best jobs and make our country money higher.

Brain Drain leads to the low development of one's native country. Thus it needs to minimize.

Good morning to all of you, I want to enlighted that point so Indians are more to more creative and hardworking in every field they have an emerging skill and a good adjustment nature but the problem is not in Indian people the core problem is within India there lots of lacking nature due to which people showing their creativity skills and any extraordinary nature in outside because for maintaining and sustaining in our life the most basic thing required that is money so Indians can not get that much amount of money according to their particular skills so they bound to move outside of India for only money so core problem need to be solve otherwise one-day Indians only along with illiterate people.

We can think brain drain like as such that in a family parents is investing upon his child so that in future that fellow will help them. Take care of them stay with them think if his child leave his parents alone what would impact he has created on his family.

It has to be stopped don't think what your country gives you always think what you have to give to your country (like don't think what your parents have given to you think always what you have to give) pay for the initial investment.

Today was the debate in our college on "Brain Drain is good for country".

I was in against of the topic, what I noticed is that the student in favour said that :- India cannot provide better jobs as per their requirement and we should earn there and invest after earning money.

But we should notice that many foreigners are coming to India for earning money.

Eg:- Lorraine do Bollywood movies not Hollywood. Because India has lot of money, the problem is of a good leader who can put them in use.

So, we have to understand that we had learn here so we should give our output to our country not other countries which are already developed.

Brain drain is also good in some way like if person take knowledge from abroad and come back to serve for there own country.

It completely depends on individual. Everybody have a right to freedom.

Most of the NRIs are returning India and using their money, which they earned in a foreign country to develop their native place or for charities.

Some people are going foreign for better studies and they are returning India and serving our country. It'll be really an asset for India.

This is a vague explanation. The factors affecting my relation with or living conditions in my country or neighborhood are different then what are my relations with my parents. Obviously, my parents treat me well and always look for my happiness. But this is not the case for my relationship with my country. My living standards depend on society and how other people carry out their duties. And as we all have seen people do not do their jobs properly. And who all tend to be straight and against corruption are not treated well. And also the talented people do not have enough opportunities to grow their talents. They are not paid properly. If you are not paid well then how do you expect to give a better life for your parents, better than what they have been living for so many years?

First, we will start by learning what brain drain is so friends brain drain is that the education which we need to make ourselves capable of achieving our dreams is taken from one country nd then these intelligent minds work for other countries to make them more developed. Now, what is the cause of brain drain, why people are running for other countries when they can work in their own country?

Answer to these questions is that they are not getting a right platform, right position, workplace, appreciation and right people to encourage them and use their ideas and more which they are getting easier in other countries where they are highly paid, well appreciated, provided with equipment and proper materials and more. So if this was done in our country then there was no need for people to run away and work for others. So brain drain should be stopped so that these intelligent and intellectual minds will work for the development of our country. So it will only be possible if proper facilities will be provided to them and will be granted all the things needed for country growth.
