Brain-Drain has to be stopped

As the topic, says the brain is draining not only from our country but also from the general pupil. Yes! a lot of people migrate to other countries for better opportunities. There are some valid reasons also like we don't utilize our young brain powers. Companies use them for money in a cheap way.

But our young stars are being dismantled to study abroad. There is an illusion that, outer states have better learning opportunities. In some cases, it is valid, but they also have mideocar and poor institutions also. They advertise about scholarships which are made to fool our students and empower their student base migrated from India.

I think the brain drain should be stopped because India is a developing country and if all well-qualified people will move to another country it will not possible to develop it. I have read in the newspaper that there was a physician who went to Arab countries to make a better living but when he was unable to find any job, he became a terrorist and attacked Srinagar and died. Indian government should provide better jobs and also provide them sufficient wages.

We also have many mechanical engineers and if they will be given proper teaching, many inventions can be made.

Speaking on brain drain. I would like to emphasise the point that a country like India extremely vulnerable to decreased economic development would have struggled less if skilled, highly educated competent brains remained here and not gave up their patriotism to go and practice abroad. India does not offer great working conditions and salaries. Yes for sure. But how in the world is the nation going to improve if no one takes the initiative? We would have to do it. For mother India. Lets together make India a better place.

I would discourage the brain drain and the people who encourage brain drain by saying that they are bringing foreign money to our country as they might develop more jobs and money by selling the product and services to other countries and bringing the foreign money.

Here most of the people are saying a reservation is the main cause of brain drain but it is not like that. Great population increase, high rate of unemployment, corruption, the attraction for a better salary, better life, world-class facility all these things are responsible for the brain drain. I can give thousands of example based on. Let's talk about the software company the India based software company like TCS, INFOSYS provide only 15-25k per month but whereas US-based software company gives more than 2-10lakh per month. So the question arises which company someone will prefer for better life obviously US-based company, so my question is, is the TCS and INFOSYS provide reservation!

First of all, I would like to pay attention on the topic Brain-Drain.

Nowadays many Multitalanted people & well skilled person are going other country from our country because of the lack of many facilities, lack of many opportunities in their own country.

Many countries are attracted by giving a good salary & many opportunities.

There are many reasons for this but Indian political leaders are not effected this problem because they only make money for own future not for others. They are selfish to think only for ourselves.

I think brain drain is serious problem of mother land. My opinion money is need for live, living is not for money. I agree all of you statement.

Everything demands some thing back. Same as our talented brain wants platform to do work but in India only disappointed in return. Talented person are drain not because they want more money, as being knowledgeable they know, no one motivate their work, talent in India. People calls them MAD. Forgive my language but its facts of our country.

It should be stop soon through motivation, giving them chance to prove itself. If any person go for some new, then other you are in vain so, why do you do it? If some body take chance to prove then our politician and government Put pressure on them of money or any kind. Actually, our country adopt that to depend on others.

You talk about these NRIs "getting favors from India" and then fleeing the country for better opportunities. A billion other people in India had the same education opportunities available to them as the NRIs. Some of the rich kids had even better opportunities than NRIs. Why haven't the billion others studied and done well in life?

It is DISGUSTING and INHUMAN to attribute someone's success to something that the country and others have done for them. Quite the contrary. The Country doesn't do anything for someone's above-average success. It is the person alone, and sometimes their family, that works hard and achieves what they have. They will live and do wherever and whatever they wish to. You have no right to question them or anyone else's choices. If you want development in the country, then everyone should work as hard as the NRIs have.

Here are a lot of people who have great quality & skills. I think that if 2 or 3 bucket water has taken from the ocean then it's not a big deal. All people want a luxurious life. Brain drain has many positive sides for ex. Sundar Pichai.
