Everybody has the right to improve, to learn more and for that if they need to migrate, there is nothing wrong instead it is best to thrive and make your life better.
Gaining and sharing of knowledge is always a boon be it from India or any other part of the world right?

Yes, Brain drain has to be stopped in which manner matters. The well educated and talented engineers, doctors and scientists are moving to foreign countries in a situation where they may not get a right platform to prove themselves. So we should first provide them a right platform and better job opportunities according to their field of study. Not only foreign countries provide better platform for them it also pays them accordingly, So its human nature to be in a place where they are highly paid. They are also provided with a friendly, world-class environment to work with. Our system of evaluating skills of people should be upgraded, and it should also be unbiased. If this all happens there will be a decline in brain drain, which leads India to become a developed nation.

The brain drain has to be stopped because it is not good for our country because people living in the UK, US have lots of money and we have only some people who are willing to help the nation but we are not able to recognise them. Their families are living in a place where they will not be able to see for year's. This go ernment has to change. Don't be selfish. Be brave and fight for your nation thank you guys.

Discussing the topic of brain drain in a group discussion can cover various aspects, both positive and negative. Brain drain refers to the emigration of highly skilled and educated individuals from one country to another, often leading to a loss of human capital for the home country. Here are some points you can consider for a group discussion on brain drain:
Negative Aspects:
1. Loss of Skilled Workforce: Brain drain results in the departure of skilled professionals such as doctors, engineers, researchers, and academics. This loss can weaken various sectors of the home country's economy.
2. Economic Impact: The country investing in education and training of these professionals doesn't fully benefit from their contributions, as they contribute to the economy of another country.
3. Reduced Innovation: Brain drain can hamper innovation and technological advancement in the home country, as talented individuals leave for better opportunities abroad.
4. Healthcare Consequences: The departure of medical professionals can strain the healthcare system, leading to inadequate healthcare access for the local population.
5. Social Impact: Brain drain can lead to a loss of cultural and intellectual diversity, potentially affecting the development of arts, culture, and academia in the home country.
Positive Aspects:
1. Global Skill Mobility: Brain drain can be seen as part of a larger global movement of talent, where individuals move to places where their skills are needed the most, contributing to the world's overall progress.
2. Remittances: Expatriates often send remittances back to their home countries, which can significantly contribute to the local economy and improve the living standards of their families.
3. Networking and Knowledge Transfer: Professionals who migrate can establish international networks and collaborations, enabling knowledge and technology transfer between countries.
4. Return Migration: Some individuals who migrated for better opportunities might eventually return to their home country, bringing back new skills, experiences, and resources.
5. Reverse Brain Drain: Some countries experience a "reverse brain drain" when skilled professionals return home due to improved conditions, leading to a "brain gain."
Possible Solutions:
1. Investing in Education: Improving the quality of education and training can encourage professionals to stay in their home countries.
2. Creating Opportunities: Governments can create an environment conducive to professional growth, job opportunities, and innovation to retain talent.
3. Diaspora Engagement: Encouraging engagement with the diaspora community can foster collaborations and investments in the home country.
4. Research and Development: Promoting research and development can create an environment where professionals are motivated to stay and contribute.
5. Global Cooperation: International collaboration can address brain drain collectively, ensuring that countries benefit from each other's skilled workforce while addressing the imbalances.
6. Dual Citizenship: Allowing dual citizenship might encourage skilled individuals to maintain a connection with their home country while working abroad.
When discussing brain drain, consider the context of the specific country, its economic conditions, education system, and migration policies. Engaging in a balanced discussion that explores both the challenges and opportunities can lead to a deeper understanding of the topic.

Brain drain is really very big problem of native country. To developing a country, a big hand and most important role of their citizens. But problem is that the country which is still developing has no proper facilities for research, there are lack of job opportunities, due to this they are unable to identify of real talent. But in positive point of view if talented people do good work in other countries and if they really think to bring such new technology to their native country then it may help to their country.
But like in India to stop the brain drain a right step should be taken by our government govt should remove the caste based reservation system and should able to understand a real talent. Govt should establish the research lab as well as create the job opportunities.

Brain Drain main reason is a lack of employment in India and reason behind this is reservation the skilled person who deserves and ability for the job don't get the job and this makes them move abroad to earn money.

Brain drain is stopped only by giving a proper opportunity to the Indian youth. One method is adopted by our Indian prime minister Narendra Modi makes in India. If some big private companies of the world open their manufacturing plant so they definitely recruit Indian youth. Because they are having advance technologies so it enhances our skill also. If we are getting good opportunities from our country itself why we go outside. According to our Indian law everyone is free to work anywhere so directly we can't stop but by adopting some method we can stop.
Also the requirement of some work in a field of research in a private sector also. We are very far in the field of research except for ISRO and DRDO.

Hi,
According to me, there's nothing bad in brain drain because the person who's going to abroad has thought of something he isn't a small kid he is an adult he does have some common sense. Taking an example of mine I wanna do MBBS and guys here due to silly reservation general category people just don't get chance to prove them I'm not against or uh know hate India but due to many politicians, even India isn't developing some reasons like corruption etc. It's not like good trained and talented people are leaving India is the reason.
