Brain-Drain has to be stopped

Yea brain drain is very bad for every country. Skilled and clever people migrate from their country to highly developed country like USA, Japan etc. And these country are taking benefit of the skilled people. Yea I do agree that a person wants to do everything for his family.

He wants to give all the facilities to his family. But if we See in the point of view of nation serving, they do not serve the nation. And I think that by serving the nation we can do something by which people will remember us.

As we know that our country (India) is developing the country and we, Indian people make it becomes developed. We should have responsible for making it becomes developed.

But we people are not giving the attention to improving it. How our country would growth we would think then it is possible to grow in all over the world.

Now I am talking about Indians intellectual minds. Many engineers, doctors and MBA holder. They are getting the degree from Indian university but prefer to go abroad for working. If these thing is going on then bow our country will become developed.

So we should request to all of the Indian people those we went to abroad for working. Plese return our motherland and develop the technology here. And those who are perusing their degree in Indian university please don't go abroad. If this happens then one day our country will definitely become developed.

Since globalisation, brain drain has shown its effect to drain out the human capacity from the country where the intellectual brains were manufactured or formed. The departure of these intellectual brains from a country where the talent is infused within them to other country handicaps the country to wipeout itself from the development and advancement which it is ought to get from this trained human capital. Losing the knowledge and skills that are honed in one country without fetching fruitful social or economic actions are migrated to other countries in want of more money. Brain Drain has to be stopped in order to utilize the human capital for the country's development. Brain drain of one country is the brain gain of another country. To make reverse brain drain to stop brain drain, the initiatives that has to be taken are:.

Creating more employment opportunities which suites to the position and package of the high intellectuals and fulfills their personal satisfaction.

Creating more resources available like technology, further skills, and knowledge enhancement programs.

Should impose laws strictly to serve for India when gets education from premiere institutes like IIT's and IIM's.

Should be given more research orientation so that we can retain the talent by encouraging them with scholarships.

Providing non-monetary benefits like family, health and other lifestyle benefits which stop the brain drain.

Should give special infrastructure for nurturing their talent with providing an innovative scheme to make them work out on their innovative plans which should rollout as action.

Provide loans to establish their own business companies with which the talent can be used here and giving scope to their individual development.

Should rest higher authority jobs which boost their motivation and keeps him in the country.

Should rest more responsibilities, duties which make him feel that his knowledge and skills are used and being given an opportunity to make them work in real live business conditions.

Motivate them to serve their motherland and to not be a toy in the hands of MNC's for the sake of money.

Their families have to be motivated to retain their children in the mother country which often makes them feel happy to be associated with them.

By providing them with proper entertainment, honors, facilities, varied services for their personal recognition and achievements.

Apart from all the above points, students should be motivated in classroom to serve their mother nation, and the negative aspects of brain drain and the way how a country gets developed with their intuition and action which builds power economy and country.

Yes, I completely satisfied that brain drain should be stopped because our country is developing if we use our brain for progressing our country then India will take leading position inworld. To finish the poverty, Unemployment, many more problem we have to stop brain drain.

I'm totally in favour of brain drain because our country failed to provide a great platform like other countries. In reality, there is no brain lost for our country. Because persons like Sundar Pichai and Satya Nadela contributed for 4% GDP to Indian economy but if they work for India 1%GDP increment is difficult. Only due to them India is now glooming in the world. And they invest a lot in India for country's future sake.

I'm against of it because our nation spend lots of money on them and at the time of returning to our nation they go to foreign and use their mind for that country's development. This is the main reason they why India is still developing.

In my opinion, brain drain should be stopped and for this our government should provide jobs to the people.

According to me, as every thing there will be advantages and disadvantages & In the case of brain drain, really the country is losing its human resources and the works of brilliant minds. The young people with good talents are attracted towards the high salary given in the foreign countries rather of working in our nation to make it a developed one from developing one. As when telling about the advantages of brain drain, the main thing is that it offers more opportunities for the others but also we need both kinds of people without any drainage in the development.

Yes, brain drain has to be stopped, it's bane for India, and a boon for other developed countries, the best example is Indra Nooyi who is the CEO of PepsiCo. But guess what she represents the USA and not India!

Yes, it's right that India doesn't have many job opportunities but it will surely have if every Indian realize that brain drain is the reason for the condition of Africa, so guys think about it!

Brain drain is boon for other country but bans in India because India is developing the country and then in India requires a more skilful and knowledgeable person. But in India, many students are going for studying in an abroad after studying they also doing a job in other they cannot return to the country. Many people is also moving from India to get high packages in other countries. Most of the people think to in Indian is getting a job is very difficult. The government they also made a rule for a people before they going in another country they should firstly work in India and they will move out from India.
