Brain-Drain has to be stopped

Brain drain should be stopped because:-.

1) Government lose a lot of money to educate them and others countries benefit from their skills.
2) The countries of origin remain Undeveloped.
3) Immigrants find many difficulties to integrate.
4) Some of them lose their relation with their culture.
5) Harmful for any country.
6) It Affects economy and social area of the country.
7) It is true other countries provide better salary scale but every country wants that type of people because they can help to development of country.
8) we had to stop brain drain for our next generation.

I support brain-drain because migration is one of the process to improve our knowlede, technology in now -a-days there are so many people migrate towards other nation because they did not satisfy with the quality of education. We can find experienced faculty and lab facilities in abroad. And still there is no employment for talented students in India due to reservation.

Modi taken make in india, digital India to reduce that migrating but my suggestion is in addition to that there is need of improvement in quality of education and employment facilities to attract students.

As per my opinion, brain drain can be stopped in the time to come.

1. Govt is making plan make in my India and many skill-enhancing programs for the youth.
2. People of our is now giving the value of their motherland and their parents.
3. It's in a survey recently percentage of migrated people is less than the last 5 yrs.
4. India is now in the platform of developed country and it will emerge as a strong economy country like developed country.

Brain drain will be converted into brain gain and India will be the first country world wide in this race.

Yes, Currently our India facing Brain-Drain obviously its effect on our economics. Due to brain drain we have lack of good engineer and scientist. Instead of discussion of brain drain and its disadvantages, we need to do some changes. First, we need to start form self after that advice to others. First we need to change our education system. In India, sorry to mention that Here every government employee is corrupted first stop corruption and give chance to talent so talented people stay here and do there research government should take this responsibility.

I think the brain drain should be stopped because India is a developing country and if all well-qualified people will move to another country it will not possible to develop it. I have read in the newspaper that there was a physician who went to Arab countries to make a better living but when he was unable to find any job, he became a terrorist and attacked Srinagar and died. Indian government should provide better jobs and also provide them sufficient wages.

We also have many mechanical engineers and if they will be given proper teaching, many inventions can be made.

The ideology of Braindrain concept is to transfer the intelligent person from one nation to another to improve knowledge transferring rate. If someone from India were doing great in Mathematics then he may encourage and guide another countries scholar.

But Practically, The concept is failed because only one way Brain Drain occurs. The intelligent person from developing countries want to settle in developed countries and want more money. The developed countries also want Intelligent people.

I am totally against with this type of malpractice of a very good concept.

I think brain drain should not stopped in India because it gives a chance to those person who want yo goes abroad and wants a better life. In India, their is no proper facility as we compared to other country. People have their own thoughts. They have their freedom to enjoy its life and make it better by many ways. So, we have no rights to stopped people to go abroad. I have an example of CEO of google, which is an Indian and gives us free wifi on railway stations. And also the CEO of microsoft, which is also an Indian. So, it is not correct to stopped brain drain.

Yes, I think it should be because why the great talent of India should go to other countries. We get educated here, use resources of here and serves to other countries and provide them resources. Why I had a big? why should people don't change their mind set why?is it only government duty take India a developed country or it is our moral duty also. But we always blame the government. What you do for your country ? just tell that. Be in your country and do something for it. I had lots to say but not like this on phone. I gone have a debate. I will express in that.

1] Our pm is giving lots of opportunities to our youngsters.
2] Corruption is reduced.
3] India will be developed country very soon.
4] All the essential requirements required for high living standards; it's available, so why to go abroad. Just live in India and make India better to BEST. I will suggest my friends who are going to abroad for jobs and all; They will must feel homesickness and sadness even though they hire good package, it will not give satisfaction.
