I am totally against brain drain. I understand people want to work abroad earn money and have a good life. They want to increase their standard of living, job security, security of their loved ones and hence they go abroad in search of the same.

The best way to avoid brain drain is that the Government in India should create the same environment in India, the same infrastructure the same facilities.

There have been some changes happening in recent times and I hope the same continues in near future.

I hope we will be able to stop brain drain in future.

It's really hard to seem to stop drain brain completely because everyone has right to get a secure life for his/her and their family, but what the main reason behind the brain drain the main reason behind that we can't provide the real opportunity for our youngsters recently a statement comes from Bill Gates if we stop the entry of Indian engineers in our country then the risk of arising of another Microsoft its shows how much we got a potential it just need a support from government which provides real-time opportunities for our youngsters.

Brain drain is caused just because of Indian policy where cast is superior than talent. People are unemployed just because of reservation system in India. As per my opinion, if you are not getting enough scope to prove your talent then it's obvious to go elsewhere you get chance to show your talent.

Many students are going to do MS in foreign countries because they know value of their education. Also education system in US is far different than that of India. So brain drain situation only be improved if everyone will get equal opportunity.

As we all know that brain drain is the migration of educated or talented people from less economically advanced areas to higher economically advanced areas.

In my opinion brain drain should be continued because.

It raises one's country's name and integrity to heights and can improve our relationship with others countries it doesn't give economic benefits but can give value and respect. Which is not given in India to educated people because of that they are going to abroad.

Thank you for giving this opportunity to present my thought.

Hi all!

Basically, brain drain is the migration of skilled people from one country to other countries. As India is a developing country, this country needs skilled people to become a developed country. We not lose our human resource only but also waste the money government spend on our study. I agree that other countries provide high salary. But if our government will try to improve this and provide them with a good education, make them learn new technologies, provide them with the salary they deserve then brain drain can be stopped.

Hi,

According to me, there's nothing bad in brain drain because the person who's going to abroad has thought of something he isn't a small kid he is an adult he does have some common sense. Taking an example of mine I wanna do MBBS and guys here due to silly reservation general category people just don't get chance to prove them I'm not against or uh know hate India but due to many politicians, even India isn't developing some reasons like corruption etc. It's not like good trained and talented people are leaving India is the reason.

Hey, guys.

Speaking on brain drain. I would like to emphasise the point that a country like India extremely vulnerable to decreased economic development would have struggled less if skilled, highly educated competent brains remained here and not gave up their patriotism to go and practice abroad. India does not offer great working conditions and salaries. Yes for sure. But how in the world is the nation going to improve if no one takes the initiative? We would have to do it. For mother India. Lets together make India a better place.

Hello, friends.

According to me, brain drain has to be stopped as it is not good for the development of our country. Many intelligent n intellectual students go abroad n serve for other countries, as they are not getting enough money for their talent here in India and moreover our government does not provide them good facilities, money n status that they can get in foreign countries.

So, I think the government should give our intelligence people that status which they deserve in our country. In that only brain drain can be stopped.

You can migrate to any developed country that provides high standard of living as you dreamed and can give you high pay scale but it's rare to find Our Indian Culture. It's not just about culture. India has the world's largest youth population and I am sure we, the Indians will have a great future like other country people enjoys. So stop Brain-drain. You have your own freedom but you can't do this is to the country which gave you everything (including the rights to migrate to other countries, study in abroad, work in abroad etc.).

Theme : When government makes efforts to educate and people generally avail services and then moves out of country in order to earn more money so this is called brain drain.

Now, my opinion in this topic is that India is a independent country and everyone has a right to do anything. So In order to avoid this type of conflict, government should adopt BOND like system so that those who have pre decided to settle in abroad and still deliberately avail government facility and then moves out of country should be stopped.
