Capacitances are additive when connected in parallel.
therefore,
C = c1+c2+c3+c4

When capacitors are connected in parallel they are like connecting resistors in series so
net capacitance=c=c1+c2+c3+c4
=10+20+22+100
=152*10^-6F

Capacitors when connected in parallel can be added for total Capacitance.
C=C1+C2+C3+C4
C= 10+20+22+100
C=152Micro Farad

Equavalent capacitance C=C1+C2+C3+C4

Hence C=10+20+22+100

C=152 micro farads

When capacitance are connected in parallel
The equation is c=c1+c2+c3+c4
Therefore c=10+20+22+100
c=152 micro farad

c1=10,
c2=20,
c3=22,
c4=100.
C= ???
capacitance are connected in parallel,
than C=c1+C2+c3+c4
=10+20+22+100
=152 m.farad

Ans. D
C= C1+C2+C3+C4
C= 10+20+22+100
C= 152 micro farad

For equivalent capacitacnce,

C=C1+C2+C3+C4
C=10+20+22+100
C=152 micro farad
So right answer is D.

Simply resistance added directly in series and capacitance are added directly into parallel.

Capacitance=c1+c2+c3+c4.

=10+20+22+100.

=152uf.

You add capacitors in parallel.

Total capacitance=10+20+22+100.

152uF - Right answer.
