The critical path can be defined in many ways including:
- The longest path in the network diagram, or
- The shortest duration in which the project can be completed.
So answer (a) is correct.

So answer (a) is correct.

Minumum time and longest path is the correct answer because we have to choose the longest path so that we can finish in minimum time. This may sound odd but this is the real answer.

A is the correct answer.
The critical path provides the minimum time required to complete the project. And it provides max. Time among different paths. So option A is correct.

The critical path is the longest duration path through a network diagram and determines the shortest time to complete the project.
Therefore the answer is option A.
Therefore the answer is option A.

Answer is correct.
The Critical path has the longest duration but because of zero slacks which determine the shortest time possible to complete the project.

You can't complete the project in time less than critical time.
So it's the minimum time you need even if you provide more resources.
A is correct.

Well, I think the gist of the question here is for completion of a project, thus making the critical path the minimum time possible.

Answer a is correct. Because critical time wise the longest path but it has minimum duration to complete the whole project.

The critical path has the longest duration more than any path in the diagram so the correct answer is B.
