Formula = {(h-h1)/h1)}*100, h = 15, h1 = 12.

= (3/12)*100,
= 0.25*100,

Moist sand h = 15cm.
Saturated of sand h1 = 12.
Formula is h-h1/hi*100.
= 15-12/15*100.
= 25%.
