I am still not clear about the solution. Where did 267 come from?

It says, First 9 pages having 1 digit nos (1x9).
Next 90 pages having 2 digit nos (2x90).
Remaining 267 pages having 366 nos (267x3).
Next 90 pages having 2 digit nos (2x90).
Remaining 267 pages having 366 nos (267x3).
