In my own perspective point of view, a new employer is someone that can give fresh ideas that can improve to the company which I think every company needed so I think your company deserves more interesting and new ideas and I think I am the best person that suit to it.

Yes sir, Promoting an existing employee is a very good & positive approach. But like upgrade to new technology from old one it is always much effective that a fresh new thought mixed with an experience thought.

Promoting trusted employees of yours is good to some extent, but Hiring me at this point of time instead of promoting internal employee is better choice. Because if I am moving from current organization to yours my ideas and thought process in work will be new and effective to your organization that will ultimately leads to mutual growth i.e., for organization and me as well. I believe new association will be always good for an organization.

It's a very valid question. As per me promoting existing staff will help to motivate them. But employees working in the same organization for a long time will monotonous in their approach to think creatively. Hiring from a different organization will help to a fresh and different approach to work. It surely helps by sharing new ideas and methods to work.

Sir,

It's good idea to promote the existing employee, because they know the situation and condition and how to act in urgent time. But you need to fix the urgent thing with the smart work not with the hard work. So exactly you need a trick to fix that, like combine the existing employee with the new one.

So the new one will give your company the fresh idea while your employee carry out this fresh idea. It will be stronger.
