I will first of change the color of the screen & floor mat its very much bright. Then I will ask for the better skilled employees preferably female members so that I can do some extra works with their knowledge. I will ask to provide coffee all day will make people to do some extracurricular activity in order to improve their work skill. I will create gym, pool, nap pod for the employee benefits.

When company employ workers there are certain qualities that are expected of them, I believe the qualities I bear is within a viable range and as such I'll apply my technical and academic knowledge to solve company daily and more advanced problems where they arise, I'll ensure maximum work and customer satisfaction, I'll give preference to research to generate new ideas and improve existing ones in the company.

I have not make any changes as a newly hired on board, I am not a right person to do at this point of time and already the organisation has an experienced employees than me. And definitely I do, once I improved my skills and knowledge.

Well, I wouldn't be a very good doctor if I gave my diagnosis before the.

Examination. Should you hire me, as I hope you will, I'd want to take a good hard look at.

Everything you're doing and understand why it's being done that way. I'd like to have in-depth meetings with you and the other key people to get a deeper grasp of what you feel.

I'll make a healthy work environment in the organization, as there is a workload on employees. I'll try not to put more pressure on them, by which they might make mistakes in their work. So to avoid these problems, I'll let them work freely.
