What changes would you make if you came on board?

I will change my mindset accordingly this company norms, my previous job is different this job is different so I should change accordingly what company is expecting from me.

Change is only permanent thing. As the external and internal environment changes, the tastes and preferences of the customers changes on which the profitability of the company depends I would like to bring changes I the organisation that will satisfy the current needs and make the organisation running.

I believe in achieving more together as a team. If taken up I would create an enabling environment for teamwork. I would also create an environment that allows for open communication. This is the only feedback can be shared and improvements made basing on the feedback.

I'll first bring people to unity then all the other problems will get solved easily.

It will depend on process, if process needs to better improve by me.

First of all, I will familiarize with the organisations procedures and the project at hand if there be any need for change I will try and boost up the organisations facilities to quicken the project at hand rather than bringing a total change.

When I came on board. I Will try as much as possible to improve technology an process.

If fortune favors me I would surely like to introduce new ideas and modify the existing ones in a positive way which would benefit my organisation.

My prime focus would be on employee satisfaction. If this is implemented it would surely lead to more and better productivity in the company.

The company has a goal to achieve, customers and employer satisfactory, benefits to the company. Therefore all are in place, the will be no change from myself than to add with my working experience and take company from its level best to the best.

Given the opportunity I will assess in which area can be change brought out based on that action will taken for instance KPO (keeping in mind the sector and position applying for) I would really like to make the working hours flexible to increase the productivity but making sure that each employee finishes his quota of work (quality) in time and achieve the set targets of the organisations for the clients work.

Also I will encourage the seniors/heads of the co. To make it comfortable for the junior staff to help them learn more from their experience so that they look up to them for making their career. This way the retention of employees is possible. 3 women security will be given utmost importance at the workplace by having strict guidelines.
