What changes would you make if you came on board?

First, I would like to say that, if every work going on smoothly as desired organization goal then I would not change anything but I would add something additional to the ongoing work/plan/environment with my experience and skills.

Since I will be on a Learning curve myself for initial years, I would rather focus on learning the stratagem of the job, learn and give 100 % to the policies set up by more experienced professionals above me, till I exceed and become capable enough to be given a decision making responsibility.

Change is the universal truth. The change will make many miracles and shines our life by continuous learning and enhancing skill and knowledge of an individual.

Firstly thank you, sir, for this giving beautiful opportunity.

I am Sriteja, I am from Hyderabad. I have done up to my 10th standard at Nalgonda.

I had completed my diploma at Suryapet and now I am pursuing my graduation at Gurunanak Institutions in Hyderabad.

I have a good louder voice and I easily interact with others.

My weekeness is I easily trust the persons.

And coming to my hobbies, I am aware of day to day updated world, and learing new things.

And coming to my goals.

My short term goal is placed at a reputed company.

And my long term goal is I would like to get a government job.

I will be a team player by dedication towards my work, self-motivated, hard working and make good environment.

I will adapt to new environment, new management and achieve new targets in limited time. Then apply changes where needed to achieve company goals.

I would study the work environment, having past experience in accounts, I would look for cost-cutting ways. I would also carry out research in line with the company activities to bring ideas on board.

First thing I will do is to understand the culture of the company. As I have good exposure in my previous jobs, definitely I will contribute something. Each team has different strategies & each player do contribute to success & hence change game.

I will make sure that my fellow workers are getting all their benefits accordingly and on time.

I will bring to the position my personal qualities of commitment, initiatives and enthusiasm.
