First of all there is no need of injecting a sudden change if the process is going smooth. But after understanding and evaluating the on going process of the team or department one can update or add some extra spice which he/she have got by his experience into the process so that the results may be even good when compared to the previous months.

I will try to bring changes in those areas were the organisation is lacking. For instance, if the process is still following the age-old method, to eradicate this implementation of d lean- idea is must n should. So, I think I can implement this change in a flawless way.

I would change myself in a manner which will get the organisation maximum profit!

Delivery depends on the state of mind in which work is performed. I would rather focus on getting changes done to keep the productive sector calm & composed.

The thing is that an HR manager must basically focus on providing a healthy environment to its employees which itself would result in satisfying customers due to increased work efficiency of the employees and motivating them, would result also result in increased profits for the organisation.

These two objectives i.e. customer satisfaction and increased profits are the mai objectives to be achieved by human resource satisfaction as they are the only assets who control all the other assets of an organisation.

Thus my motive in an organisation would be not to make any changes instead bring new ideas in the existing management i.e. innovation.
