Tell me about a situation when your work was criticized.

In fact, without criticism what ever the work we have done might think that it is correct, but if someone criticizes that then we might think where we did wrong from there onwards will learn.

Criticism to me is one way to improve myself from a mistake, this gives lesson for us to correct things. I try to see criticism as an opportunity to improve my work.

Constructive criticism is an important part of professional growth, and this is a good chance to show your employer you are striving to be the best and are open to improvement. Even though receiving criticism is going to feel lousy, show the interviewer that you are happy to put your ego to one side, and that you listen to and act upon feedback and advice.

If you don't use criticism as an agent for change when it happens, then those vicious teeth of criticism will just keep biting and biting into perfection.

To err is human. Criticism should be taken positively but some criticise out of jealousy because nowadays politics has crept in all organisation.

I have always tried to do job perfect but sometimes I done mistakes. I appreciate constructive criticism and feedback especially who may have a more experience than I do. Also, I like to improve myself and not to repeat mistake in future.

Firstly I will find out where I am making mistake. Then I will improve my self. Prove them by my work not by tongue.

I have faced many time this problem in my college, did not submit project in right time and gave the presentation but m always working hard and improve it nicely criticism is necessary this is help us to improve our mistakes.

I am an optimistic person. There was situations where in the earlier stages of my career I was criticized for the mistakes I made. But I took it as a constructive feedback, learnt to do the job better the next time. When I joined as a customer service executive in Cochin International Airport fresh from college, I found my job a bit confusing.

Because there was different system for different airline. So while checking the documents of the passengers I sometimes failed to check the documents properly before the went it the immigration I was criticized for the mistake. But I quickly learnt and perfected the job. Later I became the team leader and gave training to the new comers.

Criticize is the best part to improve our self if you take it as a positive move because if you don't understand yourself you can't get success in any field.

I do not remember any criticism that was pointed at me but I know that criticism will help me correct my path of learning and learn from my mistakes.

I did not remember any highly criticism in my work. But I have done many mistakes and I always learn from my mistakes. I would like to tell about one situation, when I was in 2nd year we had to prepare a presentation, at that time I had no knowledge about this presentation and all.

We were 4 members in a group and none of us know about this and I was the group leader then everyone told me to prepare it and I prepared it to some extend but it was not in the correct sequence so for me only our group couldn't score better.
