Whenever someone criticize my work I never feel bed because they are telling my mistake and it give more strength to reduce the mistake.

Yes, everyone will face this kind of criticize in their work even I too face the same I have worked as a fresher I have been criticized for my job initially I have not accepted by myself but we can't able to argue with them that's the true thing.
So I have analysed my problem where I was lagging and next time I tried to correct when we are criticized by some one then one we will have the make the negative into positive.

So many times my work was criticized but at that time, I Accepted it and try to Solve it because I did not Discuss that what Wrong thing happened and how can I escape from the situation Apart From that I plan that what should I do Now.

I do remember the situation of Hyatt hotel. I was new trainee there in Food and Beverage department a group of 15 pax visited the restaurant, no senior was there so I welcomed the customers and handed over the menu to customers then Food and Beverage Manager came and criticized me that you're new here and shouldn't attend the customers but the way I attended the customers I got good feedback from customers later Food and Beverage manager appreciated me for my good performance who criticized me before.

Yes, of course, my work was criticized in front of my seniors and also juniors. I felt very embarrassed. Hearing such an insulting words and very harsh language about my work make me feel insulted that day. If I wanted I could easily answered them but I supposed to be clam in that situation. Because I know that in every place where ever you go I'll fine some people who'll criticize your work as well as you. And frankly speaking we don't have to give the attention to the criticizers. The only thing is we should focus on our work not in others.

Well, I was never criticised for my work but for my priorities, I would deliver some amounts of production within stipulated time with "first in first out" methodology which basically indicates that dates are to be taken to concern but sometimes a customer would require a part of production on priority basis.
