Tell me about a situation when your work was criticized.

Criticized is the way for success. As a fresher I have join the organization, which is totally a different culture from the college environment.

My boss criticize me on the daily basis, that you are not a suitable candidate from this role and you will not able to do the business, with in 5th month he has shifted me from his team to another team. The next month I have perform well in team handling.

Increasing productivity and all for which I have received the elite performance award, and the award was given by that person who has through me out from his team. All my team member are happy with this performance (it is a real life story).

So in brief criticized help the person/individual to hence the hidden potential. So take the criticism as feedback and work into it that will help to hence your personality.

I always criticized by my plant head by word "you are not work with full of your efficiency" and I working better than before. And he gave me more and more difficult tasks. Because of that my working skills are better than before. I always taken his criticized words in a positive ways and so I develop my skills in industry.

Those who criticize my work is my friend. It always helps me to reduce mistakes.

No one is perfect in this word. Even if I will be in a top position of a company in the future or may a famous person or senior of any department, people can criticize me for my work. They have to right to critcize because no one can stop all such criticized people. And, I would rather say that their criticizing for my work inspire me to do more and more hard and smart work. So criticizing my work will not get affect on my work.

As being a responsible employee I did my all job with honesty and utmost responsibility so it had been never criticised.

There are times when my work is being criticised during my college days even when I was in my on the job training in my previous company. And, yes I do feel bad however I always take it as a feedback and try to improve my self. And every time I put my heart in it I came out of the situations with flying colours.

Criticism always gives you an opportunity to correct or improve yourself because if there is no critics, you will work wrong for long without knowing it. I also would like to replace a word criticism to coach. If you are doing something wrong, coach will always correct you, but without the coach, might be you may wrong somewhere & you will not be corrected.

However I might have done small mistakes but mistakes make us perfect, I like getting feedback's and take it positively, always try to improve and not to repeat a mistake again.

Firstly no humans are perfect in their life.

Every person's mistakes give them a chance to learn something. If someone is criticized it's time to prove to yourself that you are the best and you can do it.

If we criticized by some one that means they want to see us in better position. Success may leads us to do good things, but failures may leads us to do excellent things some times.

I have been criticized couple of times from my manager when I got promoted from Analyst to FLM level. It was a part of normal business to improve my skills for handling team in effective manner.

The situation was about to refraining team for taking unscheduled leaves which was not manageable at that time. But all it was about the leave management on which I worked better by discussion with team and in individual.
