Tell me about a situation when your work was criticized.

Yes, of course, my work was criticized in front of my seniors and also juniors. I felt very embarrassed. Hearing such an insulting words and very harsh language about my work make me feel insulted that day. If I wanted I could easily answered them but I supposed to be clam in that situation. Because I know that in every place where ever you go I'll fine some people who'll criticize your work as well as you. And frankly speaking we don't have to give the attention to the criticizers. The only thing is we should focus on our work not in others.

It happens many times as whenever we try to do something new or challenging we have to face such things. But that criticism gives me the opportunity to use my intellect and I get more energetic or feel enthusiastic to give my best.

No humans are perfect everyone learns from mistakes. If someone criticized we have to take positive and proof yourself we are perfect.

Whenever I did a mistake, I was criticized. Its natural, I take it in a positive way, Each and every mistake gives you chance to learn something. I try to do work in the best manner with my full potential in it.

I remember when I started to work as a project controller in Tadbir Omran (one of the company from early in my career). I prepared my first monthly report by using MSP. Unfortunately, I should have used P6 and at that moment I did not learn primavera yet. So, once my boss wanted me in the office to give me kind of feedback that please prepare your report by using p6. So, I forced myself very intensively to learn Primavera during less than one month.

So many times my work was criticized but at that time, I Accepted it and try to Solve it because I did not Discuss that what Wrong thing happened and how can I escape from the situation Apart From that I plan that what should I do Now.

There are times when my work is being criticised during my college days even when I was in my on the job training in my previous company. And, yes I do feel bad however I always take it as a feedback and try to improve my self. And every time I put my heart in it I came out of the situations with flying colours.

When someone citicize me, I really feel bad. But this feeling helps me to improve my mistake and focus on my work more to overcome my mistake.

I accept my mistake and I pay focus on it and I'll try not to repeat.

I was new on a project and once I was alone in a shift. Suddenly one of Linux production server got on high load and there were no logs on the server for same. Checked all the logs even tried to check whatever solutions I can but when I have observed then I found that there was an issue with swap memory. One parameter is designed for this swap memory which was wrong on the server. Due to this server was running swap memory than physical memory and then lots of zombie process getting generating.

There was only one way to solve this issue we need to reboot that server. But I was alone and even there was no more access then shell. Finally, I decided to reboot server and fire command to reboot the server. My luck was good, the server comes online without issue and all server become normal. I have update same to client and client was happy with this solutions. From that day server is working fine now.
