As this is my first interview experience I think I'm not eligible to judge you but I can say you are very interactive and encouraging.

Probably you are best in interviewing so that is the reason your company sends you here. You might have years of experience in this field, so I rate you with 9/10.

My opinion is you were being a HR for your best in this company but I am not in the position to judge you.

Logical answer:

My limited knowledge about you that I got in this limited period is not enough to answer that question.

If you let me observe you as you interview more candidates, you can have a more accurate 'estimate'.

But as far as now, being with you has been a good experience sir/ma'am.

So a rating of 8/10 with +/- 2 would be suitable for now.

Creative answer:

That's very easy! you rate me as a candidate, and rate the same for yourself as an interviewer!

Communication is a two-way highway. It's not effective without both parties being on same level.

Do you believe this interview was effective sir?

Sir, actually I don't have any rights to give you rates, because being as HR is not a joke they require more skills like observation skills, speaking skill, etc all you are having these so that you are in an HR position so definitely you will get 10 out of 10 sir.

Sir, actually I am a fresher and I am not in a position to rate you as an interviewer but if you say that its a part of the interview then I can rate you 9 out of 10 sir for making me comfortable in the interview. If I rate you as 10 out of 10 then you may think that I am trying to impress you. So I don't want to create any such opinion for you.

Sir/mam, Right now I am speechless. I cannot give you any rate as you are the HR of this company and I am only a candidate and nobody to judge you.

I know that you are 10/10 that's why today you are sitting on that HR chair and taking interviews of all the candidates.

If I have been able to rate you, then I guess I would have there in place of you and you, in mine. So at least for now, I am not qualified enough to rate you.

Sir, you have more experience than me.

And surely you must have interviewed so many candidates, and you may have a different approach from others.

As I am now, if I were to put myself at your place I would rate myself a 10 out of 10.
