I know that each and every company want their employee to be at their best since the development of a company mainly relies on strength of employees knowledge. So the huge responsility relies on those HR s selecting right candidates. Your company had selected you because they found that you are the best. So I don't know what criteria to rate you. But if you still insist I give you 9/10, since everyone is not perfect.

I think you are the one who rates the people on basis of their talent. So I'm not the right one to rate you because I can't judge people within a short period of time. Infact, this is a special ability of HR and I'm not HR.

If I'm ordered to rate you, I would give you 8/10 with +2 as complementary.

Company appoints eligible and right person as an HR because he is the person who plays the key role in the selection of right candidates who gives their 100% efforts in growth of the company. The company thought that you are the correct person. From their point their point of view I can rate 10out of 10.

Sorry sir, I haven't deserved to rate you. We are from different background. But you are an HR, you spent more years for studies to develop your skill and knowledge. At the same time, you may be experienced person, so we can't rate you.

Sir, I won't be able to rate you as I feel I don't desrve to rate a person whose work position as an abbreviation i.e. HR already opens up to a phrase called 'Highly Rated'.

But as an interviewer, your company has already rated you 10/10 that's why you are here to take the interview.

My rating is based on the basis of my selection, 9/10 if you select me or 8/10 if you don't.

8/10 for missing me out else 9/10 because there's always room for improvement.
