I don't have any experience to judge you but what I observed is you are friendly, supportive and also very cool. You are so simple that I am free talking to you. You took off my pressure and I forgot that this an interview. I want to give you 10/10 but it may give you the wrong impression that I am flattering you. Well, this seems to be more of a disguised question. I appreciate you for being open to feedback even from your juniors. You have been polite, willing to listen and have tried to interview me based on my skills, qualifications and my attitude. Though I don't have any parameters to rate you based on that. So, with this question, I would say that as an interview you looked towards the overall qualities in me and so on your part. You have been 10/10 for me.
