I do not find its pause a problem for me, because in my company I work at night and weekend to insure the production and quantity.

I don't have any problem with that, I mean If the company give me a chance to express my capacity, that's the thing I were seeking for all my life. I will be just very focucing at the job.

There is a no problem to do work. In other words, the company give the chance to you express ability to work if I need you then see the willingness or dedication to the job.

As, I am a team player and my company is a team, so if my team needs some extra effort I will come forward to support.

So it's ok to manage some weekends but it's not wise to do it always.

According to me, shifts are not important parts of me, my only aim is to get better results for the company which gave a platform by apologies me. So I have no problem with it.

I have no problem in working nights or at weekend shifting or rotating time what is important is to do work where I can take my rights and do my duties and where I do beyond the sky the sky is not our limit.

Sir frankly speaking everyone wants to enjoy at weekends and by sleeping at nights.

If the company needs my presence then I will definitely put all my efforts to improve good progress for our organisation.
