How do you feel about working nights and weekends?

I am comfortable working nights and weekends if it is required for project deadlines or important tasks.

I understand that in the IT industry, sometimes extra effort is needed to meet commitments.

At the same time, I also believe in maintaining a healthy work-life balance, so I try to manage my time effectively. Overall, I am flexible and ready to support the team whenever needed.

In my opinion, I don't prefer working on weekends or on the night shift, because I do my work on time. If the company requires me to work on the night shift or on weekends, I prefer to do it, but not every time.

As we are humans, we also have to maintain a work-life balance.

In my opinion I don't recommend working nights or weekend sometimes need to be but not always.

As we are human being we need our own time or family time to relax our mind. I think if any organisation want to grow so their employees should be happy to work in that organisation not only for money but with interest or putting all of its efforts. If any organisation gives no work day to their employees. So employee holiday directly proportional to profit of organization.

I prefer finishing my word in official hour in good time management. But if there is an urgent tasks or critical releases. I am willing to support the team.
