Ideally, it's not productive to work late nights as the Brain needs some rest to reboot itself. Although working weekends can be considered rather than working late nights.
I will be there for the company when it comes to meeting deadlines.

Sir/Mam. I believe that maintaining a work-life balance is crucial for any working professional to work long-term for a company. Loving what you do is crucial, but still, working all the time might be mentally exhausting for people.
However, since I'm a fresher now, I'm exploring and willing to learn as many things as I can, so a few extra hours won't hurt me.

As I already have experience in working nights and weekends.
I’m confident that I can balance both work and personal life. Because I understand some roles require night shifts and work on weekends to give my 100% in completing the tasks on time. It will also be an opportunity to gain knowledge and learn new skills.

I don’t have any problem working nights or weekends if the work requires it or during important project deadlines.
I understand that sometimes extra effort is needed to meet goals, and I’m ready to be flexible when needed.
However, I also believe in maintaining a good work-life balance to stay productive and focused.

I believe that, to maintain work-life balance, sometimes you need to put extra effort, and I already have experience to work in night, as it gives you peace where there is no disturbance.
For weekends, when I will be working on any projects and deadlines are near, I have to put more efforts and I am ready to do it.
