As you are answering this question, it is important to keep in mind the needs of the company and how you would be an asset whenever you work.

If you have no problem working a hectic schedule, say so.

Make sure to mention what would be preventing you from working nights and weekends if it would be a problem (example: family responsibilities).

Be honest about your availability.

Emphasize your desire to obtain the position and how you would benefit the company.

Honesty is vital with this question. You do not want to agree to a schedule that would be an inconvenience, but you also want to reaffirm your desire to work at the company.

Mistakes You Should Avoid.

Be straightforward with your response and don't give an answer that's wishy-washy.

Don't lie and say that schedule works if it genuinely doesn't.

Don't forget to mention the reason why that schedule wouldn't work.

Simple answer.

I would be willing to come in if there's a project that needs to be completed on time; however, with my family, I would prefer not regularly working on night or weekends. Would it be possible to handle some extra work at home so that I can provide great work for you but also spend time with my kids.

Many employers will be willing to work with you if you have other responsibilities. A qualified candidate with a busy schedule is often more desirable than an unqualified candidate who is able to work any time. Your skills are ultimately what should matter most.

Sir, though I know there's a huge difference between work life and student life, still I'd like to mention that since my high school days, during my college days and while developing my projects and even before the exams also, I usually did a lot of late-night studies. So working on late nights on my office projects isn't going to bother me at all, and about the weekends, I always love to sit and read a book over a cup o' coffee, rather than going to a shopping mall or having fun with my friends.

Once I've come across with a quote in social media that, "poor people make plans for Saturday and Sunday nights, whereas rich people make plans for there upcoming three generations". I strongly believe in this quote.

I mean its simple, if you want to earn money and gather practical knowledge and experiences, then you've to invest your time. So working on late nights and at the weekends aren't an issue for me at all.

Sir, if I am talking about what I feel working in night time and on weekends,

Well, I am a fresher and I don't think so that as a fresher, I have enough knowledge that how the company gives a lot of efforts or inputs for increasing its profits and growth in a market because I am a new one for the company and according to me if the company gives me a chance to do work in nights and on weekends so I will be ready for that because as an employee company is my first priority and I will give my best to improve it's position, growth, productivity and profits and one more thing is that every person will not be comfortable to do work on weekends because they have their own families and everyone wants to spend time with them but if the company needs me and my team help in poor condition so I will always be there! thank you.

I feel working on weekends and at nights will make an employee tired and he/she will not be able to refresh himself/herself for the next week. It will surely reduce the efficiency of a worker for the whole next week. Because it will not give time to the employee to do whatever he wants to do for himself, and it is very necessary to gain full energy for next week work. If an employee will work with his full efficiency only when an organization will be benefitted.

But if an emergency/crucial time is there then I'll definitely work for org day and night.

Honestly speaking it is little bit difficult for me to work in night shift. But as of my work, it is primary importance to work any time either weekends or night, so I am ready to work in weekends as well as in night shift. I can manage myself and my family responsibility along with my work. But we know rest is also important for our health and for good health complete "need" is necessary, so I would prefer to complete my work on given that, but if my work is not completed than I will definitely work in night or weekends.

Thanks.

Sir, in my opinion, if company or company's work pressurized me to do work at night or on weekends then I always do it because I believe that when some work is pressurized me I can complete it with very perfect manner, I set it a small goal and to achieve my goal I don't see the watch and one more thing is that every person will not be comfortable to do work on weekends because they have their own families and everyone wants to spend time with them but if the company and my team needs me I will always be there!

Thank you.

Actually, I do not have any problem working at night and on weekends if your company will give me this opportunity.

As a fresher, my aim is to gain more knowledge and explore my skills so No matter if it is day or night. Besides I have experience studying nights.

I'm pretty sure that I'll complete my work within Office Hours, I don't think that I will need to work on weekends and nights.

But, if there is an immediate need then I'll definitely stand by my Organization.

The 1st think working nights and weekends is not a good sign for the employee as well as the company. According to me, an ideal employee should complete his/her work in a stipulated time period only. It is a good sign for his her on growth ultimately the company will get an efficient employer. Also, such working gives stress which is not desirable. Unless there is no tremendous demand for work I wouldn't like to work at night and on weekends. Thank you.

I don't mind working whether it a day or night shift as long as it is benefits to this organization. Whenever company needs me I will be here anytime. I will be quite work hard whatever the task I am being assigned to. Having said that I want to clarify one more thing. Its necessary to sleep at night because it also does affect my health. If I lack sleeping. I won't be able to concentrate on my work, however you can put me any shirt you want me to.
