According to me, work is worship. It doesn't matter working nights or weekends. We have to reach our goal by reaching companies goal.

I'm fresher, at the same time it's the age to learn and work hard lot. Night shift and weekends does not the matter.

But in the interests of the company I will be ready to work for the company even late nights and in weekends also.
