Working night and at weekend is not Big issue for me if I am really dedicated towards my job and goal.
Accepting challenges is the biggest step towards success and if I got any work and I was unable to complete it in the given time period I will definitely do my work on weekend or night too.

First of all, I will give my 100% to complete the work within that day if in the case because of some reasons work is not completed I am ready for working nights and weekends.

Working at night is not at all a big deal for me, I will do myself best at any time. But working at the weekend is not making me feel good from my point of view because that's the only day our family members can express their feelings to other persons. So it does not sounds good for me to take over.

I would love to work at nights, being a bachelor and a fresher. I also don't mind working a few weekends but at the same time, I would love to spend my weekend with myself and family so that I can be charged up during the weekdays at work.
I can also be free of my personal obligations and responsibilities if I get the weekends off.

I would like to tell you I am working in Genpact since last 30 months in night shift so no problem with night shifts but if I talk about weekends. It's very important to take rest properly if you are doing in nights so working in weekends not possible but if required sometimes then no problem with night shifts.

Honestly, I would be more comfortable in working over weekdays as in weekends I would love to spend time with my family.
However, if my presence would be utmost important in the company I would be there irrespective of time. Work will be my first priority.

I believe every one of us has two different lives.
So being professional I would complete all my tasks within the weekdays so that I can enjoy my personal life on weekends.
But yeah, if my company needs me on weekends too, I would be there and be performing my tasks wholeheartedly.
