Hello guys,
According to me, we've personal & professional life and both are important. I 've some personal responsibilities which I've to do. So, I feel uncomfortable working at nights & weekends. If company require our extra time then sometime its considerable but always its not possible.

That's not a matter, I don't feel about working nights and weekends, because if you love your work then you can do your work anytime and you will enjoy it, and you will forget what the situation you are working.

Frankly speaking I prefer to work in day time. If company needs my presence then I will definitely work in weekends but not in nights.

Working on Weekends or Night means inefficiency which can be either from the side of task owner or the management. For a short run it sounds alright but for sustainable development, this should be provided.

I would have no problem to work on weekends provided it doesn't take my life away from me for I believe that I must have his own time for personal peace of mind.

I would have no problem with working on weekends. However, I may have some issues working at night as I think giving valuable time to my family is a must while having dinner together and having healthy discussions.
However, I am an early riser. Can start working early in the morning.

I think no one like to do work on weekends and nights, especially at weekend. Because break is also important to get a refresh. But hard work always repays. Also, As a student, we have habit of working, and reading at night, and are living away from our families. So these things will ease me to work at night and weekends.

Working on night and weekends makes no difference if we love & enjoy our work. But we have to pay same importance on the family as well as health. So I need time to spend with my family on weekends and for maintaining health I have to take rest on night.
