I am a fresher mean while I am a hostler. I am interested and pay more attention in nights compare to day time. Due to the many reasons, weekends also happens the same thing. So I don't have any problem working nights and weekends.

Actually, I pay more attention to weekends and nights compare to day time because I am adaptable in night time working since 4years means in my Btech I am a hostler night time working and some times with out sleep situations happens to me so there is no problem to work on nights and weekends.

Working nights and weekends, if any of professional organization never do this kind of thing, they always pre-plan. Uncertainty, If any emergency comes up. I will check the first priority of work and according to paid consider as overtime or extra benefices. Make sure it, must not me turn to regular.

I think the work given to me must be completed at a time. Doesn't matter either I am working in weekend or night.
Sir, I frankly answer you that everybody wants to enjoy weekend but If the company really want me to work at the weekend it is my honor and I definitely put my all efforts in improving the organization.

If I am loving and enjoying my work it will become passion and passion can not be bound in the limits of time so It won't going make any difference to woks in nights and weekends.

If my company needs to work night & a weekend of course I will be ready because I am here to do job. Also if there is in emergency work for night & weekend I can stay complete my job & solve a problem.

Working on night and weekend no difference if we love and enjoy our work. If any work was given to me then I have a responsibility to complete at a right time, But we have to pay same importance on the family as well as health.

Night gives me peace, you may put more efforts at night when there is no noice near you. As we all have been studying at night since childhood. I would remember my childhood days, which bring new freshness to complete task.
