Company's growth is obviously employees growth, whenever company needs me I will be there, either in night shifts or weekends. And also believes in punctuality to complete any task within specified time limit and maintain work life balance properly to avoid any compromise either in work life or personal life and even that is one kind of good management example for any person.

Yes, I would like to work nights & weekends also. Because God gives you 1 life. Life gives minimum Opportunity to prove yourself. If you work hard at the worst time. You will enjoy your best time!

Working nights and weekends is good for those who take lesser care while working during the scheduled time. I personally feel anytime you work, pay 100 per cent of your interest and efforts on it and be focused on the particular job. This will ensure your work to be finished earlier with minimum errors.

In case of emergencies, I am readily available to work at night and weekends. Time is very valuable, so I would try to complete my work in before time border.

Myself, no one wants night shifts or weekends. But l feel happy while working in night shifts. Because company growth is obviously employees growth.

Working nights and weekends once in a while is okay for me, as it'd benefit the company.
But continuing this on a long haul would take a toll on my health, and also reduce the time that I could potentially spend with my family and indulge in extra-curricular activities.
I believe work-life balance is the most important thing for an employee.

If It requires, I will definitely work at weekends not during night hours instead I will work on every weekend.
