Frankly speaking, nobody likes working at night and weekend but if my work or my company demand says that I will be always ready to work night and weekend.

Working nights and weekends once in a while is okay for me, as it'd benefit the company.
But continuing this on a long haul would take a toll on my health, and also reduce the time that I could potentially spend with my family and indulge in extra-curricular activities.
I believe work-life balance is the most important thing for an employee.

If It requires, I will definitely work at weekends not during night hours instead I will work on every weekend.

Sir, I can work at night and in weekends also with same efficiency, only thing if it is required for fast completion of a task if it benefit company and myself.

Generally, I prefer to do work in the morning shift. And I can also do work in weekdays. I have no problem to work in weekdays but in case of night shift I am not not sure to work. But in emergency and in any other problem I will be always available for supporting.

I am fully dedicated to my work. If I got this chance, my first duty will be to complete my task given to me even if I've to work late night or on weekends to complete it.
