On daily basis I would avoid night shifts but if any company project needs me. Or if there is any emergency. Then surely I'll go for night shifts. Because the company's growth is employees growth.

I like working in nights and I can also work in the weekend but not every time when a company really need I will sincerely do, Because the energy come after enjoying the weekend, can't give sometime in a weekend working. Because we doing jobs for living well with some enjoyment.

Frankly speaking that about night shifts and weekends are not comfortable to anybody else but I believe that definitely we will improve our communication skills personally and professionally.

Since Work is worship, time hardly matters so I'm comfortable with night shifts.

As this urgent work will benefit the company indirectly will benefit me, so I can work at night also but on a regular basis I may feel sick and I also want to give time to my family and friends.

If I am doing what I love to do then I can work 24*7. Not everyone gets the opportunity to do the things which they love.
