Sir, age doesn't matter because age shows only no. He is more knowledge and experience of his work. We can take him as a role model and inspiration for us. And I respect his position.

Sir, I don't have any problem to work under a younger person because I don't have ego on top of my head to push me down instead I put that ego under my feet so that it can push me up.

I doesn't matter of his age. I respect to his ability, skills and talent and I am not hesitate to learn from him/her. My work is very important and I am reporting to that designation.

Seniority at work is not about the age, but rather about the knowledge, experience and good works, reporting to a younger person than me is nice because I gain more from him/her.

I don't have any issue to report younger person. Because the main thing is the position to whom I am reporting. Younger person will motivate me to do work with more perfection.

Being an employee, I have report higher authority. Higher position depending on skill, talent, ability and knowledge etc. Not dependent on age so sincerely I will report.

In a professional world, age doesn't matter as long as the superior is equipped with the right skill set and experience. So, I don't mind reporting to a younger person.
