I doesn't matter of his age. I respect to his ability, skills and talent and I am not hesitate to learn from him/her. My work is very important and I am reporting to that designation.

Actually, it is very interesting if I got such a chance to report talented person who deserves for that position, I'll got happy work together and Their talent and knowledge and my experience give you better results.

Sir, I think age shall not be the criteria here if I am reporting to a person younger than me, if that person is on a senior level he must have got more experience, knowledge. He must have put extra efforts into it. So age becomes an irrelevant factor here.

Everything has its own unique beauty because everything has its own unique experience. So working under a young person will have its own unique beauty.

I have no problem with reporting to someone younger. That person was chosen for a reason and so I feel the same respect and dedication should be given.
