Well, that person is maybe an inspiration in some ways, I feel that person must be unique. I believe they are creative and more energetic. Younger or older doesn't matter in the profession. Respect to be considered. Its all in your mind.

Seniority doesn't have any age boundaries. As long as there is a mutual respect between 2 people everything will work out.

Every designation demands a knowledge without adding any business so I am also standing for the designation applied for, so I am definitely going to respect no matter younger or older. I believe in learning.

There is no difference between a small or large age but reporting depends on delivery of the intended person to staff the right way without prejudice to age or age.

No matter what the age is, but for sure while thinking about getting hired in the company my main aim will be to increase and improve the efficiency, by contributing corporation and unity where it will lead me to a positive goal of the company. So keeping this policy in mind. It would be my pleasure to create a friendly environment, by reporting a young age employee.

In a professional world, age doesn't matter as long as the superior is equipped with the right skill set and experience. So, I don't mind reporting to a younger person.

Actually, I would report to my Senior. Senior not by age, I would report who is more knowledgeable and powerful person from me. I should respect his definition.
